Description

The huge 4500-square-foot ocean-side Mas Tequila is perfectly detailed with a complete resort furniture and amenity package. This vacation rental is a very short walk to the subdivision ocean boardwalk. The ground level has extensive concrete parking with two carports, two outside showers, a fish station, under under-house entry, and an extra-large concrete pool with deck furniture. The first level has a large game room with a pool table, dart board, TV, surround sound stereo, wet bar with a mini-fridge, full-size fridge, and elevator. All ceilings in Mas Tequila are 9' or higher. The second level has a laundry nook. The well-furnished third-story great room has cathedral ceilings, a fireplace, and a 50' TV. MAS TEQUILA enjoys incredible ocean and sunset views from the large east and west furnished outside decks. A good-sized covered ocean deck offers plenty of sun protection. The large well-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and an island bar. The over-the-top dining table shows extraordinary sunset views over the west deck. The fourth-story loft has a big game table, wet bar, futon couch, and deck access to panoramic ocean views. All bedrooms have TVs, and the ocean-view primary bedroom has deck access to the hot tub and a bathroom with a shower. The second main bedroom has deck access, a walk-in closet, and a full bath with a garden tub and shower. Three guest bedrooms also have deck access; one is ocean-view with a desk.

Mas Tequila was a great vacation home! There was plenty of room for everyone. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The Wi-Fi was fantastic. On a rainy day the big screen TV in the Great room was excellent for movies! We look forward to booking again!

House was very clean, kitchen was well stocked, house is definitely set up for large family especially the dining room table being huge, rooms were spacious, bathroom were plenty and pool has shade late afternoon and evening. Playroom was fun too on rainy mornings! Would definitely return to this house!!

We stayed in this house 11 years ago so it was kind of nostalgic. We loved the wonderful upgrades to the house. AC worked great and kept everyone very comfortable all week. Access to the beach was easy and very close. Pool was great and very clean. We had a great beach vacation.

So close to the beach! You can see and hear the waves from the deck. Relaxing time of day with a coffee or drink. Central location to see the sights north or take the ferry further south. Will definitely be back!

We loved the location of Mas Tequila ! The beach access is across the street. Very convenient! The kitchen was well stocked- with a very large table for our family to enjoy meals together. There were many getaway places in the house to get some quiet time after a full day! Our family loved the pool- it’s a good size and great for playing games. The house has a good layout and good for a crowd. The house is showing some age, but was very clean- that says it all! We hope to return!

This house is one row back but still has an awesome view from the deck. My dog loved laying on the deck people watching. The pool is in the front that was great because the morning sun warmed the pool. The house was in between 2 beach entrances. Pool table and dart board was nice to have. This house was one of my favorites. Everything you need was there. The customer service was awesome very friendly. You can’t go wrong with this house.

Close walking distance to 2 beach entrances, great pool and big bedrooms with bathrooms. We have stayed here 3 times and it's a perfect house for a lot of people. The elevator is a convenient thing to have for arrival and departure packing and unpacking! Love it!

Perfect for big families! The pool, game room, outdoor showers and location to the beach were amazing! The view from the top floor will take your breath away! We loved our time at Mas Tequila and will book again! Just a few things I would suggest. Bring extra bath towels, sharp kitchen knives and your own spices. For some reason I thought the kitchen had a spice rack. All together it was pretty perfect!!

We love the ocean. Mas Tequila was fabulous. Comfortable, roomy, well supplied with cooking utensils, cozy, loved the views, closeness to shopping, wonderful having an elevator. Our dog adjusted quickly and well. Second time renting. Would recommend for large family or a couple of families. Plenty of room for everyone.

This house was very clean upon arrival, laid out well for entertaining, the kitchen was fully stocked ~ honestly had everything you could possibly need to entertain! Loved the location, bedroom sizes were large probably the largest of any house we’ve rented ( and we’ve been renting in Avon for 15 years)! Definitely would recommend!

We incurred a A/C prior to our arrival. They were clear of all actions to mitigate problem and at our arrival there was none. Repair was complete. The cottage/house was very clean. Thank you for starting our long awaited vacation great and it was nice knowing such a class company head our back. Thank you again!!

This home has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. We are huge fans of cooking big dinners and this house has everything you need. Views of the ocean from both the 2nd and 3rd levels are a treat. Our group of 9 had plenty of room to spread out.

Mas Tequila is the perfect place to enjoy a week at OBX. It has great ocean views, close beach access, very comfortable furnishings and a well equipped kitchen. If you're not at the beach, the pool and hot tub are available. We really liked the pool because it had afternoon shade and was not on the Rt 12 side of the house.

Mas Tequila is perfect for an extended Family. Plenty of room, great space on third floor for feeding and entertaining Kids and Adults alike. Kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare meals for an entire Family. Basically, great vacation house.

Highly recommended. Kitchen is well stocked with plates, silverware, pans, gadgets, etc. Sunrise and sunset views are great. Hot tub, pool and darts keep us busy on rainy days.
