AVKS535 Dolphin Dreams

Dolphin Dreams was awesome. We had a great time. Our group was 6 adults and 1 child. There is more than enough for all of us and could have added more people very easily. Plenty of room to have your own space when needed and never felt crowded. The house was very well appointed had everything you might need. Of all the places we have rented this kitchen was very well stocked for cooking or baking. Although we did very little cooking. Lots of good restaurants near by. They thought of everything with the guest in mind. Pool is definitely a plus along with the hot tub. We had the pool heated and it was a good thing we did because the first 2 days it was a little chilly. Short walk to the beach. There is a closet with all kinds of stuff to use on the beach but it looked that they were very well used and had seen better days. We brought own umbrella, chairs, toys etc. and rented a beach cart so it wasn’t an issue.

All we needed was to bring our food and beverages and everything else we needed was there. Close to the beach and if the water was to rough just come back and hang out at the pool or hot tub best beach experience I have had so far!!!!

This house was great! Entire family had a great time with pool, hot tub, pool table, easy beach access. Everything you would need for a great week in Avon! Plenty of room for cars and storage of bikes,chairs, paddle boards, fishing gear. Nice views of ocean for sun rise and sun sets Kitchen was very nice size with plenty of cabinet space and they have 2 refrigerators, a stand up freezer and a small fridge by pool area for drinks. Made life easy! Bedrooms were really nice sizes. Only complaint was mattresses were not at all comfortable. For that reason I would rate it a 7.

Perfect location, perfect view. Spacious accommodations. Great pool and kitchen area near it. Driveway and garage space were spacious and great! All shops and restaurants were great, too.

The place was very well kept and well laid out. We loved it. The checkin process at 11:30 PM was clunky - the code didn't work. We resolved it over SMS in about 20 minutes but it was a cold 20 minutes in the howling wind.The round table by the pool table was sticky and not wiped down before we checked in - other than that the place was very clean and ready to go. Lovely house. Great location.Thanks.

Wonderful floorplan in this house which allows for ocean views from nearly every room, and separate areas where one can find their own personal private time to read or reflect. Loved the house, and definitely would like to rent again!

Great home for family vacation with a lot of amenities and centrally located to fun things to do. Heated pool, hot tub, elevator and dumb waiter were necessities to enjoying the view and access to the ocean/beach.

Really loved the layout for our group. Super close beach access in either direction. Nice patio furniture and throughout the house. Really appreciate the guest storage and amenities. Looking forward to coming back next year.

This house was wonderful and we enjoyed it very much! Very clean and spacious. The elevator and luggage lift were so nice and made carrying groceries and belongings so much easier. Pool area was nice and the beach was just a short walk. You just have to be careful at the beach access as it was a little steep if you were carrying items. Grocery store and shops were close by. Overall the best house we have ever stayed in Avon. I would definitely recommend.

The location is very close to the beach and not too far from the pier if you prefer to fish from there. The basketball hoop got some use and the access to two bikes was great. The weather kept us from spending time outside, but the decks and outdoor lounge area are nice options, too.

Been coming to Avon for my entire life. The home was extremely clean, even the fridges were spotless. Well-equipped kitchen. Close walk to the beach, short drive to grocery store made the location perfect. The kids loved the pool and hot tub, especially when the beach was chilly or windy. Tons of extra stuff in the guest closet—pool toys, beach supplies even a beach wagon! Having two full-size refrigerators on the main was also really nice for storing drinks and food. And the elevator and lift made carrying groceries and luggage a breeze. Vacasa was responsive to the issues we had and both the office staff and maintenance people were very friendly and helpful. Loved having minimal checkout work to do—it was so easy! Only issues were with the baby supplies (gates, stroller and high chair), which were all very old and outdated—the baby gates were hard to work (although the one for the top of the stairs worked perfectly although hard to install). Baby jogger tires were totally flat and wouldn’t pump up. High chair straps were filthy, but the chair itself was in good condition. Even still, the house was definitely laid out with kids in mind—having a kids bunk room with no sliding external door helped put our minds at ease. Overall it was definitely a house we’d stay in again!

Over the past ten years, we stayed in this house multiple times and loved each moment. While not ocean front, it does have views of the ocean with easy access. If not enjoying the now replenished beach, lounge at the pool or hot tub. If raining or late, play pool on the upper floor. This house has it all!

Other than some maintenance issues, a/c unit had to be serviced and a leaking toilet on the third floor our stay was uneventful. It was a nice surprise to have laundry detergent packets available, not sure if they were supplied or left by the previous renters. Also, a great supply of towels available which isn't always the case. One downfall is the a/c on the second level. It was quite stuffy especially the last bedroom on the left. I know you couldn't have a ceiling fan due to the bunk beds but I did not see a vent either so we went to the local Ace and purchased 2 box fans to keep the air circulating. The concrete and tile around the pool needs a little work. I would not have a problem recommending this property in the future.

Clean and comfortable. This house is well kept up and nicely decorated. The kitchen is a bit small for a full house but is well stocked. The driveway is somewhat elevated so it stayed dry not under water during bad weather. Blinds all around keeps the morning sun from overheating the kitchen and living area. Overall a great place to stay.

This is a great house. Has everything you could need from the elevator and dumb waiter to help with unloading and loading all of your stuff to the outside kitchen area to grab drinks while in the pool. The views are great and just a short walk to the beach. They even supply a huge selection of activity item in the storage area from bikes to floats. We truly enjoyed our visit. When something broke, the property management responded immediately. We look forward to returning next year!

Surfs Inn is just plain amazing- every amenity one could dream of & so much more! We enjoyed all of the private balcony areas, luggage lift, the pool & hot tub, and all of the things one could ever need! The sunrises are gorgeous from the balconies off of the 3rd floor! This is the PERFECT getaway for families with small children. Things that they have that are awesome: Loads of balconies Loads of kitchen equipment (including a keurig!) A pool table Elevator Luggage lift And a fully stocked guest closet with pool & beach toys! A pool table Pool & hot tub (that are super safely gated for wandering youngsters) ... and so incredibly much more! We also had a cute little tiny lizard friend visit us that we named Harry! We booked again for next year & cannot wait to stay again.... Also, the remote in the living room is SO cool! Thank you for having such an awesome house & for sharing it!!
