This property was even better than the photos. Very clean with tons of amenities. Having our fur baby made our vacation more comfortable and relaxing. The small touches make all the difference, having towel hooks where needed, fans for white noise, or room darkening shades. Having the pool and hot tub on site was so relaxing. Each room had a nice TV with comfortable furniture. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing missing that many places offer and really nice to have is coffee, cooking spices, oil, basics.

Great location, well laid out interior, beautifully appointed and extremely clean. Great communication from management. We loved having our dog along and he loved being with us not boarded.

Had a great stay. All of our people fit in the home wonderfully. The porch had spindles that need to be tightened, the hot tub was dirty when we got there but they were quick to come clean it when it needed. They answered and always got back to us quickly! We would stay again!

Plenty of room for a family of 6. Easy access to the beach. Nice pool and hot tub. Would love to give it a higher rating for those reasons alone but it could definitely use some TLC and attention given to the ants. Overall though a pretty good stay.

Everything was clean. the living space was nice and open for our little fishing Crew. we enjoyed being able to have our furry first mate with us and we will definitely try and come back in the summer when we can use the pool area which was also very nice

We can in town for the fishing tournament. And this was just the right fit for our little crew. We enjoyed being able to have a place where we could bring our puppy with us. The pool area was nice. Maybe next time we can try it out in the summer. The house is clean and very open upstairs in the living area.

This house brought back childhood memories of going to the beach with my cousins. It is a gently loved home which makes family’s with children and pets feel comfortable to relax and have a great time. If you are looking for a shiny penny and luxury, this house is not the one for you. The pool and hot tub are clean . The house is clean and well stocked with appliances and kitchen necessities. Maintenance responds in a timely manner. The pool cleaners dropped by to maintain the pool. Our family will definitely rent this place again. Thanks for the memories.

Listen, it's a beach house; so there will be some wear and tear. Some lights didn't work and the hot tub needs some love... But this is a sweet spot. My family had a wonderful time and felt like this was one of the best locations we have stayed in OBX. The pool was fantastic. It is close to everything that matters and Vacasa is attentive to any issues. Our door would not lock at first, but a gentleman came and made a repair after we notified them. The only real issue was it's listed that there is a video game console onsite but that was not there when we stayed. Since that was not the reason we chose the house it didn't matter to us... just a heads up to any gamers.

Terrific neighborhood for bike riders and walkers -and great amenities - neighborhood pool, tennis courts and close to stores and restaurants. Beach just a short walk away.

Perfect location short walk to ocean, could drive to many more secluded spots. House very clean, centrally located to restaurants and stores. Kitchen well stocked any thing you need!!

We booked this home the last minute on our kids Spring Break. The house worked fine for us and had most of what we needed for our trip. It was too chilly to use the pool but the hot tub was nice. It’s placed in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of stores and a small shopping center.

House was great. However, there are ants in kitchen. Bought bug spray then found some in drawers etc.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nautlius (week of 9/16/17). Having Club Hatteras available to us when we arrived early was a nice perk. Hatteras Realty did a wonderful job keeping us updated of impending weather, trash pickups, etc.. The house was spacious and the kitchen was very well-stocked. We loved having a private pool and hot tub. Great location-subdivision is right next door to the grocery store as well as restaurants.
