Hideaway at Lori's Lair for your next beach vacation! Located on a large corner lot on the quiet, west side of Kinnakeet Shores, this split-level home sits close to the pedestrian bridge for easy ocean access. You will have access to the Kinnakeet Shores Pool, tennis courts, and the Brand NEW Pickleball Courts. Lori's Lair features two carports, an all-weather entry, and a basketball goal outside the house. The first level opens into two large bedrooms. The split level has a spacious bedroom with a shared bathroom and a washer/dryer nook. The expansive living level features cathedral ceilings, juniper wainscoting, and a superb east-facing dining area. The living area has a gas fireplace (available in the off-season only) and a built-in entertainment center. In the well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, your home cook can prepare formal dinners, hors d'oeuvres, or steamy cappuccinos for hungry hot-tubbers. Outside, the furnished east, north, and west sundecks follow the sun. The westside screened porch is a newly constructed Tiki Bar. Upstairs, the split level features a large master suite with a 42-inch TV (all TVs are equipped with Roku streaming), and a private bathroom. An additional fifth-level bedroom has a queen-size bed and a queen sleeper sofa.

Loved how big the house was the cleaness of the house. Also didnt spend alot of money down there. Hope to get to go back next year.

The house was very satisfactory and was definitely a good bang for your buck. However the house overall could use some updating and some maintenance to bring it to a 5 star. Loved the amount of windows and the screened in porch was a bonus. Loved the lot beside it as well. Hot tub was closed for unknown reasons but still was able to have a good trip regardless.

The place was roomy and very clean. Best part was, the access to the beach was easier than friends who were on the beach side. Kitchen had every thing you would need. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking

We loved staying at Lori's Lair and found our stay quiet and peaceful in Kinnakeet Shores. My family enjoyed the closeness to the Club Vacasa pool, as well as Food Lion and the Avon Pier. The house was perfect for our family with plenty of seating in the living room, and we enjoyed using the dining room table for game nights. The side yard was an added bonus, the kids loved playing football and volleyball in this space.

The floor plan of this home, was really nice for our group! With 5 bedrooms, 3 of them on a different floor, and 2 of the bedrooms on the same floor, it worked out perfectly for my daughter’s little family to be on the first floor with a room for her and hubby, and then another room for the kids right beside each other. Then my son & wife on their own floor, and myself & hubby on our own floor. No one could be disturbed while sleeping or relaxing by any of the others. Then with the living room and kitchen located on the center floor, made it naturally convenient for everyone! The location was so close to the pool we used the grocery store & other shopping, and the short walk to the beach was so nice and easy to do!

We loved the bedding and all the extra pillows and blankets in the closets. Nice TVs in all the bedrooms and clean! Plenty of room and the A/C was super cold!

Loris Lair is nicely spread out to allow for 5 couples to enjoy the stay while still maintaining privacy. The cleanliness of the house is impeccable and the BEST we have experienced in Avon for the last 10 visits! The only downside is that there are only 2 bathrooms, but close friends can manage this. We are already looking to rebook Lori's Lair for future stays!

Home was great to stay in. Spectrum cable and internet went out for 4 days we were there. That setvice is horrible.

Ample space for a family of 10 Comfortable for adults and small children Living room has electric outlet mounted in the floor - dangerous and a significant trip hazard. Needs to be properly covered. Television is not connected to DVD player.
