We loved this beautiful clean and well appointed house!!! Even tho hurricane Erin only allowed us 1 1/2 days before a mandatory evacuation we will stay here again.

Loved the quiet of the area, private pool, beautiful ocean views. Was just the peaceful, laid back vacation we were looking for. The steps are a challenge, especially if you have back or knee issues. At least a small luggage elevator would be a great addition!!

Nice home, very clean, and a newer kitchen. The pool and hot tub were great. Amazing views from the crows nest tower. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a wonderful home right on the beach. Extremely clean and comfortable. Lots of room for family hangouts and our son loved the bird’s nest loft when he needed some quieter time. This was our first time visiting Avon, loved the quietness of the town, but still plenty of good restaurants and a good sized grocery store. Couple of things to note (not negatives) the dunes to the beach are a little steep, path over the dunes no boardwalk, can be a litttle challenging especially in the heat; pool is on the small side, more than two floats would fill it up; only one lounge chair but plenty of wooden Adirondacks. Again not negatives and certainly won’t keep us from returning

We visited during a tropical storm. We could watch the crazy surf and then enjoy the pool when the beach sand blasting was painful. The kitchen was really well equipped. Lots of places to hang out.

Clean. Just the right size for 6 adults and two small children (great layout). Well stocked kitchen. Wonderful pool!

The location was amazing. The weather, thanks to Hurrican Ian, was not great, at all. The house was clean and neat, except the stove, that could have used a little more attention. Will stay there again.

This is the best cottage we have ever stayed in since we have been coming to the outer banks which has been for the last 30 yrs. We don`t come every year but probably about 20 times of the 30 yrs. We really enjoyed the pool and everything about the cottage. We will probably try to rent this one again in the future. We wanted an oceanfront property in the middle of the pandemic that was large enough to provide some of us quiet spaces for working and comfortable spots to gather together. This home did both. And the views, especially from the "crows nest" were just what this group needed in 2020.

Beachfront relaxation with sand,pool, and hottub

I looooove the Paradise Penthouse. When my father was traveling with me (recently passed at age 91 years) he had an awesome experience with the ramp to the beach and viewing deck. The elevator was great for him and he was able to enjoy the beach from the viewing deck without having to struggle walking on the beach. Perfect for us affordable and beach front! Pet friendly neat and clean. They had beach gear for us and a well stocked kitchen needs! We felt right at home! Lovely laid back cottage, great for our family if kids and dogs! Lots of sleeping room. Well stocked kitchen! I also loved the selection of books!
