The stay was good, the house worked for us. For being a pet friendly house it was in good shape, 8 out of 10 on the clean scale. House is laid out nicely. Couple issues that can be easily fixed. We had trouble from day one with the automated door lock, by weeks end it was replaced, things break they were quick to fix. We suspect the dishwasher in the upstairs kitchen leaks out into the floor, we quit using and we no longer had water in the floor, minor inconvenience. Lastly, the sliding door in the bottom floor is worn completely out, needs replaced, was a real pain all week trying to open and close. . All in all, pool and hot tub were great , we had a good experience and would rent again. Great neighbor hood, super convenient and quiet, even with construction going on around us.

This home was beautiful! I loved the furnishings and vibe of the house. It was perfect for families! The layout gives privacy. The extra kitchen downstairs is perfect too! I would love to stay in this house again!

We loved our stay. The home was big. Loved the pool table and laying out by the pool. Hot tub was VERY enjoyable. Kitchen was fun to use and lots of counters to prep food and drinks. Not too much outdoor seating, and the few chairs outside need cushions. The location is great. Short walk to the beach. Short drive to the grocery store. We will definitely return.

Right in the middle of Avon with a very short walk to the beach. Food Lion is right around the corner and its just a short walk from Avon Pier. Great house.

The downstairs area was great for my husband and I and our 2 young kids. The other couples and teen stayed on the upper floors. Having the pool table and football table were great and I wasn't expecting a full kitchen downstairs, that was a great surprise.

Beautiful & peaceful retreat with plenty to do. Hot tub, pool table and fooseball definitely got a workout. Little chilly for the pool but we tried. Lol. Lots of space to spread out. Will definitely vacation here again.

Our only recommendation for Moonshine is to add an outdoor waterhose so the guest can clean out the sand in the back of our truck beds and spray off all our sand toys and chairs. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

We had a very blessed, family vacation. Lazy Daze fit our family perfectly - with two king masters, the elevator and the private pier. the pier turned out to be our favorite feature! We made lasting memories that we`ll always cherish. The weather was just beautiful - which allowed us to spend endless hours on the wonderful pier! We captured gorgeous sunsets from the deck and the pier. We`ve already booked Lazy Daze for next year. Thank you to the owners for creating such an awesome `home away from home`! The house was stocked with all the necessities and was roomy enough for our group of 10. The beds were comfy and the view of the waves was amazing.
