After a long day at the beach, relax in the fresh coastal island feel of this beautiful 4-level home with multiple indoor/outdoor living spaces. Enjoy gorgeous sunrises and sunsets from ocean and sound-facing decks on 3 levels. A short 3-minute walk across the street to the beach, Pelican Paradise is also within walking distance from the Avon Pier, shops, and restaurants.

A well-appointed kitchen and large dining area create a great place to enjoy some delicious seafood and trade fun stories with family and friends. Gas and charcoal grills provide ample grilling options, along with a picnic table in the pool area for outdoor dining.

Four of the six bedrooms are spacious main suites, one with a single/double pyramid bunk, and all bedrooms provide comfortable resting places when you need to recharge your batteries. A bedroom on the main living level, along with a powder room and deck access, is ideal if a family member prefers not to navigate stairs multiple times a day.

Entertain your crew by playing a game on the foosball table or watching your favorite TV series/movies on one of 8 TVs. Alternatively, relax in the cozy 4th floor loft, the screened porch, or choose among decks off the main living area or just outside your bedroom to get away for a bit of alone time or to enjoy your favorite summer reading. This home is complete with a large concrete sundeck, ample poolside furniture, and a 6-foot-high privacy fence. Splash around in the 13' x 31' private pool or enjoy the 6-person hot tub. We loved the house and amenities. Plenty of space to spread out and grab a little alone time when needed. Great space to gather the family for meals or game night. The highlight of the house is the widows walk or upstairs quiet room. Sunrise and Sunset are spectacular and it doesn’t get any better!!

After many years this is the house we will return to again and again! House is well appointed with all the amenities one needs. Kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary cutlery, pots/pans, etc needed to feed a family well. Top floor is where the hubby and I had quiet moments away from the grandkids in the morning. Pool was perfect! Highly recommend!!!!

Great location near the beach - just a short walk away. Close to Food Lion and other stores. Comfortable home with nice furnishings and all the amenities - pool, hot tub, gas grill, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! We will come back again!

My family goes to the OBX twice a year, & have for years. This has been our favorite house yet! Everything was nice & clean, no issues with anything being “out of order” or broken, the house appears to have been well maintained & cared for. We definitely want to book this home again for future trips.

This house was perfect in every way! There was plenty of space for a large group. The kitchen island is awesome and is well-equipped!! The added small 'fridges in main kitchen and on bottom floor are a nice addition for beverages. The pool and hot tub are great for the time you are not at the beach. There were many pool toys and floaties in the storage box too! The access to the beach is perfect for young children and older adults!! We loved that the air conditioning cooled the upper floor...many homes the air does not do that! You will not be disappointed in this wonderful beach house. Thank you to the owner and Vacasa for making this one of our best vacations!!!

Second row right next to public beach access. Kitchen very well equipped. Only suggestion would be to provide some small amount of shade around the pool deck. Sun is intense and a place to be able to stay outside but under shade would be an awesome addition.

Guess 3rd time is a charm. Went to Outer Banks for our yearly family vacation Pelican Paradise was our third home we had to get due to issues with our other choices. But we were not disappointed the photos do not do it justice. We stayed 6 days and 5 nights just enough time the house was very clean the beds were very comfortable there were 9 of us and had plenty of space. So many porches facing the ocean I think we all slept with our windows open just falling asleep to the waves. The hot tub was a plus it was used often. Would definitely rent this house again.

This house was perfect for our party of 12. Plenty of space and rooms. Nice pool and the beach access was so close that it wasn’t almost like we had oceanfront. The area is great too- not too busy but plenty close by. A Food Lion is about a mile away, and some great places to eat or get coffee are also within walking distance. As a bonus, our house was ready early and we got a text letting us know we could check in earlier than planned. The house was nicely stocked with plenty of dishes and the beds were comfy. The pool guy came twice while we were there and was also great. Very friendly. Overall, one of the best places we’ve stayed since we started vacations in OBX over 10 years ago!

Pelican Paradise was perfect! Very clean, decorated nicely, and great accommodations. A very short walk to the beach and the pool was wonderful. Many places to sit on a deck and enjoy the view or relax. Will come back to this house again.
