Fly Away to this beautifully furnished and decorated sound side home with all the amenities your family could ask for during your Hatteras Island vacation. Everyone will have plenty of room in the six main bedrooms, each offering a TV, Netflix, and DVD player, and six bathrooms all with wall-mounted hair dryers. Lounge on the deck furniture and admire the palms, oleanders, and beautifully landscaped yard as the kids splash in the private pool. Furnished sundecks also offer great relaxation time as you enjoy the serenity of your vacation with a book and a cold glass of sweet tea. Step inside to the game room with pool table, game console with 60 games, chess table, 42-inch HD home theater system, and wet bar with refrigerator and microwave. Nearby is a bunk bedroom and 26-inch LCD TV. There are iPod docking stations in every bedroom, the great room, and the game room. All televisions throughout the house provide DIRECTV service and Netflix streaming. Level two offers four main bedrooms, all with 22-inch or larger LCD TV/DVDs and Blu-ray players. The spacious top level features a gas log fireplace and a large lounging area to enjoy the home theater system with a 50-inch plasma HDTV, surround sound, HD upgrade DVD player, and Blu-ray player with streaming Netflix movies. An LP turntable in the living room entertainment system for your enjoyment! Some old records are available. If you have LPs in your music collection, bring some to listen to on Fly Away's sound system. Step outside and enjoy the sound views that stretch all the way to the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse. The kids will enjoy the basketball goal, while the anglers in your group will love the fish cleaning table, and at the end of the day, cook their catch on the gas grill. Enjoy the outdoor Ping-Pong table under the covered carport along with the seven-person hot tub. Electric vehicle owners will be thrilled to learn an EV charger is available to use at your leisure. The elevator in the home offers access to all floors for additional convenience. Wireless high-speed internet is provided, as well as free long-distance calling. Dinners are a breeze in the large, well-equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and two dishwashers. After a full day of fun, there are double-stacked washer/dryer sets available for all your laundry needs. The top-level main suite has 32-inch LCD TV and Blu-ray player with streaming Netflix movies, an office desk area for computing privacy, a sitting area, a tile shower, and a separate soaking tub. The smart TV access here offers free movies, music, and internet content. Fantastic, unobstructed starry nights are best enjoyed from the top deck, which also offers views of the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse. I've been coming to the OBX with my family for 30 years. This is BY FAR the best place I've ever stayed. From check in to check out, everything was absolutely fantastic! Tvs in every room, game room, pool, hot tub. All were in great repair the entire time! Put in a work order for a clogged dishwasher, they immediately came out and fixed it. Such a great vacation experience!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Fly Away! It has everything you could want and even things you did not know you did! The owners have really thought of every single detail to make this home perfect. From plenty of hooks, well organized and appointed kitchen to labels throughout. It is all there! We plan to return! So beautiful, comfortable and right near the sound beach access.

Beautiful home with plenty of space, accommodations, and ameneties to entertain our large extended family. The elevator was a lifesaver for my disabled mom, and myself when I was injured on our vacation. Wish the elevator went to the ground, but that's probably not possible for any similar home in this area.

Beautiful home every possible kitchen appliance imaginable. Comfy beds ! Everyone had a great time! If there is anything to complain about would be there is not an empty cabinet in the kitchen for the stuff you bring lol

This house comes fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to feel like you are at home. The linens are a great touch with the beds being made when you arrive. We have no complaints for our two week stay two years in a row.

This house was so homey, we all felt very relaxed and comfortable. There was plenty of space for our family of 9. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms in each room. Kitchen was very well stocked with all essential supplies and appliances. I was impressed that the owner labeled on every cabinet and drawer with what was in each. Game room was a hit! Pool area and hot tub was great! We had a wonderful stay

This house was perfect in so many ways for our family vacay! Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The hot tub, pool and game room were a huge hit for everyone young and old. The elevator was greatly appreciated by the older folks. The kitchen was well stocked from a quesadilla maker to a waffle bowl maker and every appliance and dish needed for cooking! Access to the sound was steps away. My family wanted to stay another week. Vacasa was very easy to contact and answer questions via text. Easy check-in and check-out. Thank you to the owners and Vacasa for allowing us to use your beautiful getaway home!
