Beachy Keen is one of Avon's best-kept secrets. Enjoy a hot tub, a top deck with panoramic ocean views, and a luggage lift to make unpacking and getting your vacation started a breeze.

You won't have to leave any of the comforts of home behind; this rental has an open, well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar that opens to an ocean-view dining area. There is even a private laundry area, so you can pack light and a cargo lift to make moving your things a breeze.

The top level opens to a lovely great room with a cathedral ceiling and warm furnishings set around the entertainment center. A spacious furnished sundeck boasts beautiful sound and ocean views. Two of the four second-floor bedrooms are oceanview and have access to exterior sundecks. The third bedroom is a bunk room, and the fourth has a TV. The last bedroom is on the third level and has a shared bathroom and deck access.

This home is located on a quiet road and is just a quick walk to beachfront access. After a day at the beach, you'll be able to make use of the elevated first level's convenient outdoor shower to rinse off the sand.

No Smoking/Vaping. Dog Friendly - 2 Dogs allowed for additional fee.

Beach Keen was a great house! It was very clean when we arrived and had a fresh sent throughout the house. New carpets were very nice throughout the house. All beds and couches were very comfortable! Kitchen was well equipped and lots of counter space! Lots of steps though to get up to the house. Close walk to the beach. We will be back!!

We loved being down in Avon, away from the hustle and bustle of the more built-up parts of OBX. The house was perfect for our family of seven, with plenty of room for all. The kitchen has lots of pots, pans, and cooking utensils (albeit a bit well-used). The kids loved the hot tub and how close we were to the beach. We will definitely rent this house again.

We loved this beach house. The walk was a lot shorter than I thought until we got there. The house was very clean and very spacious. It was perfect for our family.

When it was listed that this home was close to the beach, that was an understatement! It was literally 2-3 houses up the street and across a small boardwalk. Amazing! The home was so spacious and inviting. Plenty of room for our families, dog, and the luggage lift was wonderful! In house laundry made it quick and easy to keep up with clothing and towels. The home was super clean and had everything that we needed. Outside dinner and lunch options were so close. The pool was fantastic and so accessible. It was never super crowded and had plenty of room to make friends or have your own space. The games inside the home made for great entertainment on those periodic storms that passed through. The hot tub was relaxing after a day of hiking or fighting the waves. Would definitely recommend this place to others!!

Couldn't get the television to work in the upstairs bedroom. Couples that are up in age there's alot of steps to climb otherwise nice house

This is the 4th time we have rented this same house. The cargo lift makes it easy to get luggage and groceries to the top level. The has has always been clean. The kitchen has everything we need to cook for a houseful. Would gladly rent this house again.

This house was very nice. The few issues that arose were handled very quickly. The house was clean and in good repair. New carpets were very nice. Spacious kitchen with lots of appliances I didn’t expect and even storage containers for leftovers. All in all a very nice place with good beach access.

Our stay was awesome.! We had a couple small setbacks that our local vacasa rep sorted out in a flash! Will definitely be back in October and I can't say enough about the awesome service we received from Carol and Meredith and the main office. These two are getbthings done and run a business the way it should be ran! A++++

This home is in a wonderful location in Avon. It is just a short walk to the beach, and not too far from a sound access. The kitchen is well stocked and the house is very pet friendly. It could stand to have a few upgrades, but overall we enjoyed our time at this house.
