The second floor features a sound-front den with a sofa and a large deck with a hot tub. The exceptionally large first bedroom has a king-size bed, deck access, and a stunning bay window view. On the third floor, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms - one with a queen-size bed and a sound-front deck and view, and another with two single beds. The fourth-floor great room features a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar that opens to the stylishly furnished living space with vaulted ceilings, a dining area, an entertainment center with a DVD player and surround sound, panoramic views of the Pamlico Sound and incredible sunsets, and large furnished decks. The fifth floor houses a luxurious primary suite with vaulted ceilings, a sound-front deck, a desk with a cable modem, a walk-in closet, and a deluxe bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub for two. We really like the home’s layout and the quiet street in Avon. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed and matched what were listed in the homes description. Communications with the Vacasa staff and home owner was very good. We hope to return soon.

This house is just beautiful and has gorgeous views everywhere. The rental company issues one towel, one hand towel and one washcloth per person so know that when you’re going into it. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked lots and lots of dishes and pots and pans. You won’t have a worry at all for that the homeowners have done a really nice job appointing the house. Hot tub is delightful! Rental company was not great about communication but eventually got our issues resolved.

We stayed here for a week……just my wife and I celebrating our anniversary. It was perfect……could not have asked for a more wonderful time. The house is gorgeous……and so comfy. The kitchen is great….fully stocked with whatever you need to cook at home. The master bedroom bed was soo comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub every day. My wife loved the outdoor swing…..spent many afternoons reading out there. Cannot recommend this home enough for a great time!

This is definitely my favorite house in Avon. The split-level design allows for plenty of privacy and cuts down on the number of stairs you have to climb. The house is so clean and everything just works. The kitchen is well equipped. The one thing I would change is to add grab bars and a handheld shower sprayer to at least one shower/bath area for the safety and comfort of guests with mobility or balance challenges. A step leading to the master bathroom’s jacuzzi would be helpful as well.

The location of the place was beautiful. Awesome views of the bay. Very spacious and comfortable house. There were a few small issues like the hot tub, not working that damper in a bit, but I would recommend this home

For many years we've been looking for a house that feels like home when we go away for vacation. For us, this home was it. Great beds. Great views, both in the shade and in the sun. Comfortable furniture, which says a lot for somebody who has a bad back like me. Great customer service from Vacasa. Not a complaint at all about this house and we hope to get to rent it again.

If you enjoy Pamlico Sound views & sunsets, this is your rental. Great location, dock & other amenities for an enjoyable stay. A deep cleaning would make me give the property 5 stars!

Really well stocked home, amazing views and comfortable beds. Home owners seem to have thought of everything in re: to kitchen tools. Easy to use appliances. Nice bathrooms. BEAUTIFUL sunsets from the decks. One drawback was that in the queen bed bedroom, out of four windows in the bedroom & en suite bathroom, only one window opened. (The door to the outside did open.) Not sure about other bedrooms, as the other guests didn’t try to open windows. I’d absolutely recommend, and would stay here again if in the area.

Loved this house and the views from every window. Lower deck has a wonderful porch swing to sit and look at the sound. Very spacious house and plenty of room for everyone to have there own area.

We loved everything about this house. I especially enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and the extremely comfortable sofa. Great way to relax after a day at the beach.

The layout was very different and comfortable for our group - young parents with two small kids and grandma who was very comfortable in the second master on the lower level. Plenty of bathrooms (5) was nice and outside showers were useful after beaching. Being so close to the water, nice dock accessible for our kayaks. The neighborhood was quiet and serene and the lower deck swing my personal spot! We didn’t use the hot tub so can’t comment. Some kitchen stuff wasn’t as clean as I’d have liked ( secondary stuff like ladels spatulas sharp knives) and pots were really heavy -very minor. The only addition I would look for would be a small fridge in the lower living area. Great house and would go again!

House was nice. Communication was not the greatest. Price of the house going up 2000 for same week next year and it's not worth it! Will never stay in a house through Vacasa again!

I’ve been coming to the Outer Banks for the last several years. This is by far the best place that I’ve stayed. Great location and great accommodations.

The home is well situated, very livable, and perfectly located in a quiet Avon neighborhood. We always stay soundside, and tend to stay in Hatteras Colony in Avon, but decided to stay here and had a great time. Some of the kitchen equipment is either missing or in need of replacement (the double broiler is warped and rocks uncontrollably when steaming shrimp), but other than that it was a great place to stay. Only negative would be the neighbors not turning off their outside lights at night creating light pollution when stargazing.

The house was gorgeous. Very spacious for all of us to run around and not bump into one another. Photos do not do it justice. If I had one grape it’s the kitchen windows. While the sunshine is beautiful coming through those windows in the morning, it gets extremely warm. Some type of shade or curtain would be nice.

This house is right on the sound…walk out your door and jump in! It was clean and well-appointed…the kitchen was full of good quality cookware, plenty of dishes, silverware, and glassware as well as utensils and small appliances. The furniture and bedding was clean and comfy. We got in the sound every day and really enjoyed relaxing on the multi-level deck and under-house shaded area. I highly recommend this house! (PS…There was no hair dryer…pack one if you need it).

The view is fabulous. The rooms are nice and the great room is very large for gatherings. Only two minor problems which they did attempt to correct. The air conditioner didn't cool things off very well. The master shower broke on Wednesday and was never fixed. So showering in the kids rooms wasn't the best. Would definitely stay here again. Loved sitting outside and watching the sunsets and enjoying the mornings.
