The location is perfect for water sports on the sound. The Beach is just across the street. The condo was nicely decorated, spotless, and the furnishings very comfortable and nice. I really enjoyed reading on the back deck and by the pool while my husband took wind surfing lessons next door. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. We will definitely stay there again! Thank you to the owners for accommodating our late check-out!

This is a great place to stay. Beautiful view of the Pamlico Sound in the backyard and a quick walk across the street to the beach from the front yard. Nice swimming pool and a laundry room as well.

Sunset Terrace has a great location to the Sound and the Ocean. It has lovely views off the porch and nice amenities.

We have been coming to the OBX for over 30 years! This year we had the pleasure of staying in Sunset Terrace! It was an amazing week! The condo is clean, and feels like home when you walk in the door! It has plenty of space, and a beautiful deck to watch the sunset! We will stay in this property again without hesitation! The condo is lovely and well-equipped and well located. The beach across the street goes for miles and is largely empty. The owners were helpful answering some questions and good communicators. We were very pleased.

Very dog friendly, ample area around property to walk dogs. Could not hear neighbors up stairs or downstairs. There is a Food Lion a short drive away and serveral restruants up and down the road.The Froggy Dog was good. The only issue I would have are the mattress in both rooms. I would prefer a firmer mattress that doesn’t bounce so much.

This place was beautiful. It was in a great location. Not on the water but a view of the sound was there. I was worried about how far away the beach was but the distance was a very very short walk. The longest part was the walk on the sand to the water and even the waterfront houses had that walk. Owners were so accommodating with my pets. The fact the allowed my cat was amazing!! No one does that!! I hate leaving my animals with someone and with this location I didn't have to! Did I mention how beautiful this place was? We had everything we needed and were super comfortable. Extremely clean.

Great location and extra quiet setting. Although, the weather was cool, the pool was warm enough to swim. The condo was well cleaned and comfortable. A few extras than your normal stay such as plenty of sitting and many outlets for our devices. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Covered deck was also nice to watch the birds and the sound.

We loved this condo! There is a great view of the sound from the deck and it was a quick walk across the street. The condo was well equipped with everything you need to cook meals. The decor was very inviting and felt modern. We definitely recommend this condo!

Condo was a gem! Loved the decor. Very clean! Nice view from deck, so relaxing! Only small problem we have a large truck, so couldn’t park in the lot but parked across from pool and no one seemed to mind! Pool was so nice! Went to Po House our first night great drinks and even greater food!

Great location close to my daughter’s boyfriend’s family. The unit was very clean and perfect for our group of 4 adults. I only have one suggestion and that would be to put some new towels in the unit and perhaps a few new pots and pans to cook. Other than that, we had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing stay.

Perfect beach getaway! Clean and comfy - nice little deck with two sturdy chairs/table (stools inside for more seating) to enjoy views of the sunset and kite surfers on the sound. Was excited to find a French press so I could bring grounds not pods. Pool was nice with plenty of chairs and a covered shaded area. Oceanas Bistro was convenient and open breakfast, lunch, and dinner (Muffins and Scones overpriced and not great); Po House was worth going, the Farmer's market Tues. 9-1 at the pier was awesome - usually disappointed by local vendors, but great souvenirs/gifts here, some produce and two food trucks; Island Cycles rental was great and offers van pick-up. Would definitely stay here again!
