Four Seasons, has undergone a great remodel! Lots of new updates for 2024 include a brand-new kitchen, new deck, two sets of bunk beds, and all new windows! Stylishly updated and appointed, Four Seasons is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in North Avon on the ocean side of Highway 12. With just a short walk to the beach access boardwalk, you won't miss a minute of beach time. The ground level has a large concrete pad for ample parking, two carports, a shower, a fish-cleaning table, charcoal grill, basketball hoop, and easy ocean access. On the first floor are four bedrooms, all with TVs, two full baths and a separate laundry room. (Baths and beds are designed to create two primary suites.) The bedrooms all have splashes of relaxing beach colors and plenty of lighted closet space. Plus, kids will love the addition of two new sets of bunk beds, decorated in colorful fish decor, the perfect beach themed sleepover or hang-out room. Sliders from the two front bedrooms lead to the east and north facing deck, complete with furniture for reading, relaxing, or just enjoying the tranquillity of a beach vacation. The airy, bright, coastal cottage style top floor has all new windows with postcard views of the sound and ocean. The well-equipped kitchen has been completely upgraded with stainless steel appliances, a beverage fridge, and beautiful, bright quartz countertops, with plenty of space for cooking or gathering around the island, complete with bar stools, or at the adjacent eight-seat dining table. A second four-seat table in its own space is perfect for meals, playing games, doing puzzles, or even working. The open-plan great room with exposed cedar beams and ceiling fans allows for sweeping views to the living area, screened porch, and library. Relax on the cozy sectional sofa for tv watching or take yourself into the off-set library, where you'll find all sorts of books, and super comfy seating including a sleeper sofa and swivel armchairs, for watching those amazing Avon sunsets. An adjacent half bath allows this space to serve as a fifth bedroom. Sliding glass doors lead to a spacious deck with lots of furniture for your relaxation. Or spend the day relaxing in the rocking chairs on the inviting screened porch, which includes additional, newly updated furniture, and has spectacular sound and ocean views. I rented this house 5 years ago, and it I found it perfect then. Returning in 2025, I remembered how great it is. New - renovated kitchen! Soo nice and bright! Small details that shine: the additional small table nook facing the ocean is a perfect place to set up a home office if needed, it's such a wonderful space to "work." The hooks on the walls of the bedroom level, they make it so easy to just hang all beach gear, etc. The big picture window in the kitchen facing the Sound which affords incredible sunset views. The clothes line. This city girl was so soothed by the sight and sound of her clothes flapping in the ocean breeze. Don't sleep on this house. If you're considering it - rent it!

We have come to Avon every year for 10 years. Each year we stay in a different house, and are always unsure what to expect but love the adventure. This year we stayed at Four Seasons and will 100% stay here again. We have never stayed at this end of Avon, but will for sure make this our goal each year for the rest of our visits. The house was perfect for the four of us, would absolutely fit at least 6 more comfortably. Living spaces were open and bright, and the seating was cozy and welcoming. The extra spaces were a nice escape if we needed to get some work done or read a book, and the game closet was packed full! The kitchen was everything we needed, and stocked with all the utensils to make every meal. The multiple bathrooms made getting ready simple and quick. The deck was beautiful, has enough view of the ocean to be breathtaking and calming. The walk to the beach- I expected it to be SO LONG because the beach near Kinakeet is wide, but it was easy, the boardwalk to the path, to the beach was simple and quick. And everyday it was worth it. More than once. I would recommend this home to anyone who is looking! Stay here! It’s worth it!

This was a great home with a true 270 degree view of water. We were a close walk to both the ocean and the sound and the location was perfect. The home was well decorated and very comfortable. We like to cook and the kitchen was well stocked with most tools to cook and bake and a wonderful table where we shared meals together. As with most homes in OBX, this home has about 20 steps to get to the front door and another 12 to get to the kitchen. Though the effort is rewarded with beautiful views of the ocean and the sound. The owner had a closet full of games and puzzles as well as lots of books. The bedrooms were comfortable and there are two and a half baths. I would go back anytime.

This home was absolutely beautiful. Loved the easy access to the beach, lots of room. The views out the kitchen window, and out the livingroom windows were amazing. We definitely will be back to this gorgeous house.

We had an amazing stay at four seasons and it was better than advertised. The pictures had an outdated kitchen that has since been redone with new flooring on the second level so it was a nice surprise to have this nice upgrade. There's a big window in the kitchen has a beautiful view of the sound and an even more beautiful view of the sunset. This water view is better than the ocean water view. You can see the ocean but all you really see is the blue water not the waves or the beach. Is also nice to have beach access at the end of the Street which was very convenient. I would absolutely stay here again.

The place was clean, close to beach access, and had plenty of space for our 4 adults and 2 children...it could easily accommodate more. We would stay here again for sure.

This house was really great for two families to share. The layout was really nice and it was super close to the beach. The downside of the home is that the two “queen” beds were super uncomfortable and we are quite positive they were full size beds and NOT queen. There was also zero storage space for guests in the kitchen. There were way too many dishes and cups. It would have been nice to have some pantry space for food. It was also frustrating that there was a linen package on this home but the listing didnt mention that neither did the Vacasa rep we spoke with when we booked the home.

4 houses from the beach, uncrowded section of North Avon, nice open layout on upper floor, well-equipped kitchen. Very comfortable stay!

While the kitchen was a bit dated the house was clean, well maintained and decorated beautifully. When we had a minor issue the problem was resolved expediently and we were impressed! Had a wonderful time.
