We really enjoyed our stay. The home was as listed and probably the cleanest rental we've had in a long time. The kitchen is truly well stocked with everything that we needed.
If there was anything I could ask for, that would be something to clean the ashes out with from the charcoal bbq.
I would definitely recommend this place.

I rented this house 5 years ago, and it I found it perfect then. Returning in 2025, I remembered how great it is. New - renovated kitchen! Soo nice and bright! Small details that shine: the additional small table nook facing the ocean is a perfect place to set up a home office if needed, it's such a wonderful space to "work." The hooks on the walls of the bedroom level, they make it so easy to just hang all beach gear, etc. The big picture window in the kitchen facing the Sound which affords incredible sunset views. The clothes line. This city girl was so soothed by the sight and sound of her clothes flapping in the ocean breeze. Don't sleep on this house. If you're considering it - rent it!

We have come to Avon every year for 10 years. Each year we stay in a different house, and are always unsure what to expect but love the adventure. This year we stayed at Four Seasons and will 100% stay here again. We have never stayed at this end of Avon, but will for sure make this our goal each year for the rest of our visits. The house was perfect for the four of us, would absolutely fit at least 6 more comfortably. Living spaces were open and bright, and the seating was cozy and welcoming. The extra spaces were a nice escape if we needed to get some work done or read a book, and the game closet was packed full! The kitchen was everything we needed, and stocked with all the utensils to make every meal. The multiple bathrooms made getting ready simple and quick. The deck was beautiful, has enough view of the ocean to be breathtaking and calming. The walk to the beach- I expected it to be SO LONG because the beach near Kinakeet is wide, but it was easy, the boardwalk to the path, to the beach was simple and quick. And everyday it was worth it. More than once. I would recommend this home to anyone who is looking! Stay here! It’s worth it!

This was a great home with a true 270 degree view of water. We were a close walk to both the ocean and the sound and the location was perfect. The home was well decorated and very comfortable. We like to cook and the kitchen was well stocked with most tools to cook and bake and a wonderful table where we shared meals together. As with most homes in OBX, this home has about 20 steps to get to the front door and another 12 to get to the kitchen. Though the effort is rewarded with beautiful views of the ocean and the sound. The owner had a closet full of games and puzzles as well as lots of books. The bedrooms were comfortable and there are two and a half baths. I would go back anytime.

This home was absolutely beautiful. Loved the easy access to the beach, lots of room. The views out the kitchen window, and out the livingroom windows were amazing. We definitely will be back to this gorgeous house.

We had an amazing stay at four seasons and it was better than advertised. The pictures had an outdated kitchen that has since been redone with new flooring on the second level so it was a nice surprise to have this nice upgrade. There's a big window in the kitchen has a beautiful view of the sound and an even more beautiful view of the sunset. This water view is better than the ocean water view. You can see the ocean but all you really see is the blue water not the waves or the beach. Is also nice to have beach access at the end of the Street which was very convenient. I would absolutely stay here again.

This house was really great for two families to share. The layout was really nice and it was super close to the beach. The downside of the home is that the two “queen” beds were super uncomfortable and we are quite positive they were full size beds and NOT queen. There was also zero storage space for guests in the kitchen. There were way too many dishes and cups. It would have been nice to have some pantry space for food. It was also frustrating that there was a linen package on this home but the listing didnt mention that neither did the Vacasa rep we spoke with when we booked the home.

While the kitchen was a bit dated the house was clean, well maintained and decorated beautifully. When we had a minor issue the problem was resolved expediently and we were impressed! Had a wonderful time.

The house was lovely. It completely accommodated friends and family- a home away from home. The furniture is a bit dated and worn, but comfortable. My family enjoyed every day that we had. We were able to walk to the beach. Restaurants and shops were very close. The kitchen had all of the dishes and utensils needed for cooking, as well as microwave, blender and toaster oven. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it.
