West Wind features a reverse floor plan with both levels of the back of the house offering incredible sound views. Under vaulted ceilings on the top level, you'll find a king primary suite and a great room with an entertainment center stocked with movies, books, and magazines. The open floor plan includes not only the great room but a fireplace, an inviting dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen with a dining island. Outside on the top level, you'll find a screened porch with a picnic table and a large sound-front deck with plenty of deck furniture. The lower level features a den, four bedrooms (including a second king primary suite, two queen bedrooms, and one bedroom with two singles), and a laundry room. The outside lower level includes a six-person hot tub within a screened enclosure, yet another large sound-front deck with deck furniture, as well as a front porch for you to relax on.
