Coming in 2026: private pool, outdoor bar, and cabana. Your hardest decision when staying at this lovely, four-bedroom Outer Banks home will be which of the three decks to start the day on. Work your way down: grab a cup of coffee and head to the seating area on the top-most deck for a sun-splashed view of the ocean, just beyond the dunes. The matching deck just below features another seating area and a private hot tub overlooking the private pool , perfect for an early-morning or late-night soak. Adjacent the pool area is a tiki bar , sitting area and outside bathroom to keep the party outside . Finally, there's a small deck at the front of the home, providing a perfect nook to read a quiet book. Guests also have beach access nearby, just at the end of Antillas Drive. Inside, you'll find tasteful, modern decorations and an inviting atmosphere. The open main living space features a well-equipped kitchen outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, a dining area for everyone, and a spacious living room, complete with comfy couches and a wall-mounted TV. After a day at the beach or spent exploring, each of the four bedrooms offers a cozy place to call it a night. Each room also features a TV, in case you can't agree on what to watch. No matter if you spend the night out on the town or snuggled up at home, step back out on the topmost deck before bed and end the day as you began, this time admiring the night-time sky.

The house was simply amazing. Plenty of room for my family of 5 with extra room to spare. The house is gorgeous when pulling up, then you entire the house and it is stunning. The bedrooms had plenty of room in them, with each having a bathroom, and a jack-n-Jill bathroom. An outdoor shower worked perfect for when our girls were getting out of the pool or back from the beach for the evening. The pool was absolutely beautiful, and a perfect size for my our family. It was in the perfect location to shops, restaurants, and other activities. We will come back and stay at this residence. Amazing and beautiful is the best way to describe it.

Days to Remember was absolutely amazing. Vacasa however is the worst rental company you could ever go through. We originally booked a different house and was canceled on the day prior to arrival. We were then placed in a home that smelled of dog urine, front door was broken and the vents were missing that were in the ceiling. We demanded to be moved to Days to Remember. The home was fully updated, everything was labeled and in its place and by far the cleanest home we've stayed in. If you decide to rent this home save yourself some trouble and find them on VRBO.

This was a very well appointed house! We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We called guest services for when the HVAC wasn't cooling properly and they promptly responded and fixed the issue. We will certainly rent again in the future!

This home is beautifully decorated, furniture is comfortable and the house is stocked with every amenity you can think of! Its location to the beach made for an easy walk with all our things and our toddler in tow. Sitting on the upper deck watching the ocean and Avon Pier while drinking my coffee was the perfect way to start the day. Soaking in the hot tub at night was relaxing. You won’t be disappointed with this house if you’re looking for a perfect place to hang your hat for the week. Don’t forget the bug spray though- the mosquitoes loved us when the air was still.

The home was very comfortable, clean and decorated nicely. Everything was organized and of great quality. Beds were very comfortable. You can tell the owners care about their property. Nice touches, such as, the outside shower has shampoo, conditioner and soap provided. Also, great views of the ocean and pier.

The pros for this home include it's proximity to the beach . . . it is two houses back and afforded our 6 teenagers the opportunity to go back and forth with ease. The beach at this location is beautiful and despite being the end of June, was never crowded! The other pro was that the primary bedroom is located on the second floor with the kitchen and living room. The other three bedrooms and two bathrooms were on the lower floor. This was great for us since we were travelling with older kids. Afforded everyone the right level of privacy. The kids were also very excited about the hot tub and that was located on the deck on "their" floor. The kitchen had all the necessary dishes, cookware etc. and everything was very well marked. Living room provided ample space for all eight of us to watch movies. Suggestions for improvement: it would be great to have a gas grill. The charcoal one has definately been well used and takes a long time to heat up. Dishwasher needs to be replaced and we had to keep refilling the ice dispenser in the fridge. Only other minor thing- would be nice to have more hooks in the bathrooms! We enjoyed our stay and loved the quiet and natural environs of Avon compared to more northern locations we've been to in OBX.

We absolutely loved this house. This was our tenth year in a row going to the Outer Banks, and we have not stayed in a house as clean as this, nor a house that was so well thought out. From the decor, to the kitchen utensils, the owners literally had everything you could need. Even the beds, pillows, and extra blankets in the closets were nicer than any other home we've stayed in. Not to mention the fancy ceiling fan in the master suite. I would highly recommend this house to friends and family, which we already have to a couple that annually vacations in OBX, and we would defintiely book through Vacasa again, and even stay in this house again. Thank you to the team at Vacasa for being so attentive, and punctual, and to the owners for opening up their home to us for a week. Sincerely, The Rehbergs!

Great Convenient to Everything Stay in Avon Here!

We had a great stay at this home during an October fishing tournament weekend. House was perfect for the gathering of two families with ample amenities, great views, an awesome central location to everything, and comfortable beds and spaces.

The location of this home was ideal for easy access to the beach, town, shopping and the pier too. The accomodations were very clean and the beds were comfortable too. Nice open kitchen and living room which made cooking meals and hanging out with family a breeze! We would defintely stay here again.

We absolutely loved staying at Days To Remember. Upon arrival, we were offered early check-in which was great after a long drive. The home was so clean with beds made and towels left in each room. The view of the ocean was wonderful and an easy 2 minute walk. However; there are stairs that you need to take up and over the dunes. The kitchen was stocked however; the pots and pans need to be replaced but we made due. It would have also been nice to have a steamer pot but again we figured it out. Overall we would absolutely stay at Days To Remember again!!!!

Great House, Great Location

The house was absolutely wonderful. It was clean and the kitchen was stocked. Although it could use new pots and pans. And there was no steamer pot or air fryer. Its a 1-2 minute walk to the beach. You do have to walk up and down steps to get over the dunes. The hot tub worked wonderfully and the views from the top deck were great! You could hear the ocean at night if you opened the windows. Its an easy walk to a few shops, a few restaurants and a couple coffee houses. Make sure to check out Ugly Mugs for a cinnamon roll, Oceanas Bistro for the crab & shrimp dip, Froggy Dog for their house salad (I'm a sucker for a good house salad lol). Also, Studio 12 has paint your own ceramics which i cant wait to try next time.

This is my second year staying at Days to Remember and cannot begin to express how much I love this house!!! Fully stocked with EVERYTHING you need!!! Perfect location, beautiful views, soo clean and love how this home is decorated!! Loved using the pool that was just up the street only half a mile away (2 minute drive)Perfect for those windy days with lots of lounge chairs!

This home is just simply awesome. It's modern and tastefully decorated with everything you need to feel right at home. It was super clean when we arrived, it felt like a brand new home! We spent many days on the beach which is a few short steps from the house itself, relaxing and fishing! In addition to loving the home, we loved the location just as much. It's perfectly set right near some super neat places: Sunrise seafood market - fresh seafood, spices, key lime pie! Pop's raw bar - awesome raw bar with friendly folks! Dinner - try Mad crabber and Pangea. Coffee and light breakfast - try ugly mugs coffee and muffins and scones. Frank and Fran's - fishing advice and bait. Plenty of grocery options that have all you could possibly need. Take the ferry to Ocracoke! It's free, a fun ride and there are fun things to do there - coffee, breweries, etc.

The size and location of the cottage was perfect. We stayed during the 4th of July and didn't realize the awesome view of the fireworks from the Avon pier. Beds were comfie, furniture inside seemed fairly new and not worn out and the deck furniture were very nice. Loved the outdoor shower!
