Description Description
Upgrades for 2026 include new vinyl flooring and carpeting installed throughout, freshly painted bedrooms, new HVAC units on 1st and 2nd levels, new washer and dryer. Beautiful Time and Tide is easy to love, as this noble home sits directly across from a vast subdivision lake. The ground level has a carport, an under-house entry, an outdoor shower, and a lovely private pool. Step inside the first level to find a tiled game room with a pool table, a mini-bar with a sink, a mini-fridge, a dishwasher, and deck access to the pool. The first bedroom has a pyramid bed and semi-private access to a hallway bathroom. There's a primary suite on the second floor with a TV, a DVD player, and a bathroom with a tub/shower. The laundry nook is convenient for all. The third bedroom features deck access to a private hot tub, and a bathroom with a tub/shower shared with the fourth bedroom, offering a TV and deck access. The upstairs great room showcases tall ceilings, resort-style furniture, a TV and DVD player, and deck access. The well-equipped tiled kitchen has all the necessities, a breakfast bar, and a sound view dining area. The sundeck ends in a screened porch with a picnic table and an extra sun tower level. October fishing trip
The home was very clean and we enjoyed the hot tub as well the game room. And it has a ice machine in the game room! If you bring your pet watch out for the lil sand spurs on your pets paws.

We had a very nice stay. House was in a very good location. Quiet neighborhood and close to stores. Having the pool on property was a nice bonus. Our stay was pleasant and we all had a good time. We will be booking again with Vacasa in the future, as we have done already in the past. Never have had any issues.

This home provides everything for a great family vacation! We enjoyed the sunset from the upper deck, the pool was refreshing, and many games of pool were played in the game room. There’s ample room for large families and the king beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend!!

I was skeptical of the house after reading previous reviews. I can confirm the is a new hot tub and a lot of the carpeting was replaced. We had a great stay. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a charcoal grill outside. We enjoyed the large pool and game room. The neighborhood is quiet and a great location. It was also a plus that the house is pet friendly and we could bring our dog. The cleaning crew could do a little bit better, but nothings perfect. We would stay here again.

Time and tide
The property was great ! A few hiccups was we wasn’t able to work any of the coffee makers and the umbrella at the pool was broken. Over all it was great and plan to book it again next year

Our kids loved having the swimming pool and excitedly used it every single day of our vacation. The house does need some TLC, but otherwise served it’s purpose for the week.

Loved Time and Tide!
Time and Tide is an amazing house! Nice big family room. Nice size bedrooms. Comfortable beds. A/C works great for the whole house. Awesome game room and pool. Wonderful crows nest with nice views of ocean and Sound. Great corner lot. Quiet neighborhood with great walking areas. Loved the house and our stay.
