Mattresses on the beds were very soft and uncomfortable. A better starter kit would be nice. I.e., paper towels, hand soap, salt and pepper, basics needed to start your vacation without having to rush back out before things close. Back yard needs to be raked and get old garbage out of the yard.

This home provides a view of the ocean from the all-seasons porch, and the beautiful sounds of the ocean from the back deck. The kitchen is very well-stocked and the beds are comfortable. It's close enough to walk to restaurants, attractions, and convenience stores. If the tide is super strong, the street will flood because there are no dunes. Due to this, the beach closest to the house is eroding, limiting access. This is evident by the numerous sandbags and stairs belonging to a home no longer there. The washed-out section is about a quarter mile. But with a short walk you can access the beach. Otherwise, this is a perfect vacation home that we truly enjoyed. Lastly, I won't use AirBnB again in a location that has Vacasa. They made my vacation seamless with text updates to access and checking out!

This was our first trip to OBX, Even Flow 94 was a great home that met our accommodations! We loved the fenced in back yard for our dog as well as the easy access to the beach. Linens were provided but we did take a few extra bath towels just Incase as other reviews stated they needed more towels. I would recommend this home to others who want to be close to the beach but not pay the price to stay directly on the beach.

We brought our grown children and spouses for a week along with our grand dog and grandson. It was a wonderful location! Would have been great if the community pool was within walking distance but overall a great house.

The house was just steps from the beach and a quick drive to our favorite ramp and a central location to shops both north and south. The house was clean, reasonably accessible, and pet-friendly. Our family loved the back deck and 3 season porch and our pup loved the fenced in backyard!

The house was spotless and smelled fresh when we walked into the house for the first time. It was fully stocked with utensils, cookware, paper products, towels and a great selection of board games/puzzles. We would definitely stay here again.

nice fall trip to say goodbye to the beach for the season. I will definetly try and book this home for the spring season. Fenced in yard was a plus and the home was nice and cozy.

It was a great spot to go on vacation we weren't that far from the beach and we weren't that far from grocery stores and food and some of the outlets. We enjoyed being there on vacation it was very comfortable environment and I will definitely go back

Great stay except for internet. Finally got it working the day before we left which means we could do a little work and watch tv. Very well equipped. Floors are a little soft in places but no worries. Plenty of parking under house.

Great OBX experience. Close to beach and restaurants. The stairs were a bit too much for our 13yo dog and 84 yo father but thats my fault for not thinking.

We absolutely love our vacations to the OBX! Buxton was a great spot, since we love fishing at the point, also close to shopping. There was a couple minor things that needed attention, but Outer beaches reality was quick to respond and check in with us. Overall a wonderful vacation 😊

This home is very comfortable! We watched a beautiful sunrise and sunset from the front porch. Our puppies loved the fenced in yard to run around in. The Buxton Beach is very small and during high tide the water is close to the homes that are right on the beach. We drove onto the beaches elsewhere to go to the beach, which was fun! We had a great vacation!

We loved this house! Very cute and clean. Location is great. It’s surrounded by little gift shops and restaurants but is not touristy! Just a short walk to the beach, which was beautiful. Warm, clear water and not crowded at all! Would recommend the house and location (Avon) over and over again! Excellent amenities, this home was wonderful. Two dishwashers was a wonderful feature that we didn`t know we needed! The second hot tub was a nice option. The kitchen/great room layout is great and the game room was heavily used! We had a couple of minor maintenance issues, but they were resolved very quickly after we filled out the web form. Third year in a row! Perfect for us in every way. We especially enjoyed chatting with the owners of our unit! Sam and Edith Re great! Awesome unit with awesome view!
