We have stayed at Fishin' Friendzy numerous times and each time has been great. The place is always clean and very well stocked. You couldn't ask for any more accommodations. The ocean view and sunrises are wonderful. And with all the decks you can always find a perfect spot for for relaxing, reading a book, watching waves. or catching some sun. I would highly recommend Fishin' Friendzy to anyone and the fact the owner allows for a dog makes it all the more special.

Love the house - 5 bedrooms and close to ocean is great! Everything is great! The road to the house may be flooded / sanded during King Tides and / or northeaster. Keep close contact with Vacasa to make sure all is well.

My family and friends have rented this property for atleast the last 8 years. We have the most relaxing time here and we have never had an issue. The kitchen is fully equipped plus some. We rent the same week each year and plan to rent for many more years to come.

Perfect for my hughe family. Super close to the ocean. No need to drive just walk out of the house and walk out to the beach.

Fishin Friendzy is a great, cozy home that can accommodate up to 14. The location was great and access to the beach a breeze. The home has all the amenities you could need and more. Had a great week with family and friends.

A beautiful home that is very clean, perfectly located, and well stocked. I hope they reconsider the 50% price hike for the same week next year because we would love to book it again for a more reasonable price.

Pros: * Just steps from the beach. Three bedrooms and the loft have beach views. The entire third floor (kitchen, living room) has amazing beach views. * WELL STOCKED kitchen. This kitchen has more dishes then you could ever use, and every gadget you could ever need. * Large house. It says it sleeps 10, but there are beds for 14 people. * Wrap-around decks on the second and third floors. Plenty of chairs out there to sit and watch the ocean roll in. * Beds were comfortable. Cons: * The first floor smelled musty. Scared to think of the mold growing down there. *We found some dirty dishes in the kitchen supboards. Probably left by previous guests.

Pros:- Just steps to the beach - Says it sleeps 10 but has beds for 14 - Three bedrooms and the loft have views of the ocean - Third floor (kitchen, living room) has awesome views of the beach - FULLY STOCKED kitchen. More dishes than you could ever use and every gadget you might need. - Beds are comfortable. - Kitchen table seats 12. Cons: -First floor smells musty. Can only imagine the mold growing there. - Found dirty dishes in the cupboard. After that, we washed every dish before we used it.

This is the 8th year that we have stayed in Fishin Frienzdy & we still love it! The view is incredible, the home is beautiful, very accommodating And relaxing! The sunrise in the morning is perfect from the deck or hot tub area! At night, you can hear the waves crashing, see the stars twinkling And the moon shining, right from the couch. We love brining our family here for vacations! Thankful that the owners are also accompanying with children. (Gates, small bowls/plates, cups & cutlery) +crib And high hair!

My family loved this house so much! So many bedrooms, and a lot of them with gorgeous views! The beach is so close, just a few steps from the house. It’s a short walk to the lighthouse as well. Close to restaurants and convenience stores. I would 100% recommend this house!

Home is in a great location with plenty of room. Beautiful views off of the deck. So nice to be right next to the beach. Could use some updating and is a little worn. The home was not cleaned very well before our arrival and we discovered during our stay that none of the vacuums work. Overall, comfortable, convenient to the beach, and otherwise well appointed.

The house is very spacious with furniture placed in a well-thought way. Two sitting areas in common room plus a huge dining table and a bar stool area create plenty of space for friends and family. Two huge decks also have plenty of sitting areas including a lovely swing for two and a hammock. We saw calico crabs, deer on the beach, and many dolphins. We will definitely return! Also, Hatteras Lighthouse is visible from hot tub!

The house was great and had everything we needed! It would have been a beautiful week other than the 24/7 beach construction going on right in front of the home, which were never notified would be happening. Vacasa was not helpful when we reached out to address the issue. I would stay at this house again but would think twice before renting through Vacasa.

Decks were great. House was very clean and well equipped. All appliances looked new and 2nd full size fridge on first level was very handy You can tell owners take pride in their home we have booked for 2033.

The house was very clean and had plenty of space for our needs. The view was incredible.

The house was perfect for what we wanted. We had no need or want to leave. Our goal was to relax and that is what we did. The first half of the week was hit by high tides that washed onto the street we were on. These were made worse by a hurricane way off the coast. The owner called the house to check on us to make sure the we and the property were safe. We had sand in places that weren’t there at the start of the week but we dealt with it as was needed. All the people (Other Owners - coming to check on their properties)we met during the week were very helpful and friendly. The house was awesome and setup for large groups to gather and cook right at the house. Which we took full advantage of. We definitely book again in the future. Props to the owners and the realty people we dealt with during our stay.

I loved the ease of having a home with baby gates installed. We have an 18 month old and that was extremely helpful. The view was gorgeous. We were very happy with the home.

Extended family of 8 + 1 dog enjoyed our visit. Certainly no shortage of utensils in the kitchen. In fact I think it would be better if they were pared down some. We liked it enough that we plan to rent it again.

The home is located with only one house between it and the ocean, with ocean views from most every window and deck entrances from three bedrooms and the main floor. The furniture is in great shape and the kitchen is very complete. We made Thanksgiving dinner and lacked nothing for tools, pans, glassware, etc. the game closet and book shelves are chuck full of possibilities in case of inclement weather. We will definitely consider a return stay at Fishin' Friendzy!

Everything at Fishin' Friendzy was exactly as advertised. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness of the house & it had everything you could need. The house is actually closer to the beach than the pictures show so we were excited about that. Will definitely stay here again & would highly recommend this house.

This house sits right behind the dune with a great view of the ocean from most of its doors and windows. It is set up well for children and pets. We really appreciated the kid friendly stairway gates, crib, bunkbeds and highchair. The home was well furnished and clean. The dead end street was also good for kids. We caught fish and had a great time walking to the nearby bait shop. The only negative were some neighbors' unleashed large dogs which they allowed to roam when they came to the beach.
