Absolutely wonderful place! Only complaint we had was the people downstairs left their dog and it barked for hours!!!

While not right on the beach, it was very close. Great views of the ocean from the deck, half shaded and half open to the sun. Just a short walk to reach the ocean. The cottage was clean and comfortable. For anyone with mobility issues, the stairs to the cottage are pretty high. The water pressure in the shower is weak. There were no pot holders in the unit but otherwise the kitchen had all we needed and we cooked fresh seafood every night. Would definitely stay here again.

Tower Top is a great value for the price. Super clean, very well appointed and nicely decorated. Second row, but just a few steps from the beach. Nice ocean view from the top deck between first row houses. Decks and railings recently redone, very nice work. Great communication from Vacasa. Very timely texts prior to check-in and check-out. They were very responsive to a couple of minor questions regarding trash pick up. Given its proximity to the beach, there was an issue with deep sand coming into the place, so maybe be prepared for that. Needed 4WD to get in, but they were running equipment during our stay and had it cleared by check-out. Great restaurants just minutes away. The Cape Hatteras lighthouse museum was great, as well as the walking trail to the original site. The lighthouse itself is closed for renovations, but the museum and site is definitely worth the time for a visit. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

The property was very clean and had nice amenities. It was our first time in the outer banks, and I loved being right on the beach. The house was spotless when we arrived and it was very dog friendly. It’s a little secluded from mini golf, shopping, and movie theaters when the weather is bad but that was the only drawback.

Loved the closeness the beach. Can absolute recommend the place. Wonderfull chilly which the perfect sunrise and close to places with outstanding sunset. We bought two sun umbrellas and left in the beach accesories room - so your stay at the beach is now even more comfortable.

The Top Tower was perfect for us! So close to the beach too! The house is decorated cute, it was very clean and had everything we needed. Check in and out was also a breeze. The only suggestion would be to label the parking spots. The family downstairs was a little upset that we used one of the spots which made it uncomfortable if we had to pass each other. The rate was very reasonable!

The checkin/ checkout experience was a breeze. We had a WiFi issue but it was quickly addressed. The convenience of having the beach right across the street was a good bonus especially having twin toddlers. I would have liked to have a few more kitchen essentials and a better mattress but the place was good overall. I’d stay again.

Definitely give 5 stars for everything about this stay! The house was clean, linens and towels were provided along with everything you needed for washing dishes, soap, mini shampoo and conditioner along with kitchen appliance necessities! Loved that it was pet friendly but you couldn’t tell because it was so clean! The view of the beach from the porch was breathtaking and the walk was short which made it nice to go back and forth and with kids! Would definitely stay again!

The size was perfect The view awesome The walk to the beach 3 minutes tops depending on what you are taking We rented a wheel barrel and it was all very convenient Weather zero rain 👍🌞

I am giving this house 5 stars because of its location and views. We are not picky people and we barely spend any time in the house, so it was perfect for us. We had a really easy walk across the street to the beach; however, some people may have trouble accessing the house if they do not have a vehicle with 4WD or all wheel drive as everything is covered in sand. Thankfully, we had our truck so there weren't any issues. If you plan to cook a lot of meals in the house, you may want to bring some cooking utensils and a couple pots and pans. We ate out most of the time, but when we did cook we had to get a little creative with what was available. When we got there we noticed there was a coffee maker that was missing the pot. We reported the issue and a new coffee maker was delivered to us the next day. We also reported that the toaster did not work unless you stood there and manually held the lever down, but that was never replaced. All in all, we would definitely stay here again. The place seemed clean, the bathroom was large, it was pet friendly, close to the beach and it was perfect for what we needed.

Comfortable, close to restaurants and shopping. Quiet and peaceful with beautiful sunrises! The blind in the living room still needs to be replaced from the June 23rd review.

Right on the beach and awesome place. Very calm, secure and beautiful. The place and apartment is well maintained, only issue is a couple of blinds are broken and kitchen tap has issue with hot and cold water separating and needs replacement
