The cottage features two comfortable bedrooms plus a cozy loft with two twin beds. A fully equipped kitchen makes mealtime easy, and the screened-in back porch with a gas grill is perfect for dining outdoors after a day in the sun. Unwind in the cozy living room with streaming TV, or enjoy some nostalgic fun on the Ms. Pac-Man arcade game.
Located just a short drive from Cape Hatteras Lighthouse, Avon Fishing Pier, Frisco Beach, and “The Point,” you’ll have easy access to beaches, fishing, local shops, and scenic trails. Come relax, recharge, and experience laid-back “island time.”

We had never booked an Airbnb before and had no idea what to expect when getting there. We weren’t sure exactly what we needed to bring, but this house provided almost everything. They provided towels and dishes, and there were clean sheets and pillows on every bed. There was a coffee maker and pots and pans to use for cooking. They provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the master bath. All we had to bring was our daily necessities and food. We didn’t realize when booking, how far down this property was, so make note that it takes about an hour to get back into town to do some of the main attractions, however, aside from that it was an absolutely beautiful trip. The Wi-Fi did go out one day, but it was at no fault of the property. There was an outage on the whole island, but it was resolved within a couple hours. I especially loved the private washing machine, that way we were able to take home, clean clothes and not having to worry about washing them when we got back. We were worried about the house, not having central air, but the window units were definitely working and kept the house cool the whole time we were there. I wish we could have stayed longer. But if we ever get the chance to go back, we would definitely book this property again.

This beach house was so comfortable! There isn’t central air, which concerned us at first, but four window units had the home a wonderful temperature the whole time. The beds were comfortable, and the showers were lovely. The complimentary shower soaps smelled really good. There was a really great hose in the front for getting the sand off after beach play. And it was close to our favorite local bookstore- Buxton Village Books. This is a great place to stay!

The house was quaint and had everything we needed. Very spacious for the price and really enjoyed the screened in back porch! The house was clean upon arrival and we felt right at home from the moment we walked in. Close to the beaches and we made good use of the fish cleaning table. No issues with property or surroundings. Would book again!

This was a cute little house. Enough room for our group. Nice screened in back porch. Loved that it is pet friendly. Game area is large enough for an extra large crate and the master bedroom had room for a large pet bed on either side. Our Daughter loved the twin bed loft area that was her favor little hide a way. Would absolutely come back.

The house was a little older but very clean and had everything we needed. The just was great and checked in a couple times to make sure everything was ok. The beach was fantastic, a short drive and not crowded. Plenty of options to eat out, the Froggy dog was our favorite casual dining. A nice clean and quiet place to stay!

Was our first time visiting and will not be our last. The house was big and spacious, had plenty of room for our family of 5. The teens loved the loft and beds were so comfortable. Very clean house and home owners were not overly present but were helpful when needed and even dropped of extra linens. The house is very conveniently located a short drive from town and the Beach but is far enough away to be a quiet little retreat. Absolutely loved our stay❤️

Right near the border of Buxton and Frisco, this house was close to everything. The house has oodles of space and neat options for hanging out from a nice living room to a well-stocked kitchen to a game room to a screened-in porch to an open porch to two bedrooms upstairs with another sleeping area and two (one was very large) bathrooms. It’s a no-brainer and we’ll be back!

It was a lot more house than I expected for the money. Quiet place, neighbors dogs came to visit (super nice) and they played with my dogs. So if they come don’t be intimidated😁

We really enjoyed our time here. Everything was as pictured . A Few minute drive to beaches and restaurants . Will definitely be returning.
