The Noisy Oyster was a pleasure to rent. The house is cheerful and welcoming with lovely decor. The size of the home fit our family of 3 perfectly with an extra room to spare. The beach is just a short walk away. Everything you could possibly need was provided. We will definitely rent the Noisy Oyster again.

This place was perfect and charming. It’s a short walk to the beautiful and ocean. We are a family of 5 with 2 teenagers and preteen. The space was very comfortable from the beds, kitchen, outside shower, decks to kitchen and living space. It was all lovely. We enjoyed watching the occasional airplane land from the beach but never heard it or saw lights from the house. The area is like a quiet little neighborhood. We didn’t want to leave & hope to be back. ❤️ From WI

We stayed on screen porch most of the time . It was so nice . The bird house on the pole was fun to watch . I love to shower outdoors so the outdoor shower was fantastic. Kitchen was we stocked well for cooking anything . We will be back .

I watched your episode and am so impressed by how hard you all worked to make these updates! I loved the end result of the raised the pylons. The outdoor shower was a game changer for us!! Amazing design choices. So wonderful to be able to walk to the beach! Thank you for sharing your lovely beach cottage!!

We were so lucky to find this little gem of a beach house. It was perfect for our needs (we were able to bring our 2 dogs), and the short walk to the beach was the icing on the cake! We will definitely return!

We loved the views from the deck. The walk to the beach was quick. House was all new, neat, clean and comfortable. Thanks for allowing pets too! The weather cooperated for the most part, making our stay even better, though t he winds kept the fishing slow, the sunny days made up for it all week.

Great house! Completely remodeled with a very modern look. The house comes stocked with beach chairs, cornhole boards and bags, beach buggy, and other toys, games, and accessories. Fully stocked linens, towels, cleaning supplies, pet stuff, and every utensil, cup, plate, and container you would ever need. Definitely recommend this quaint and cute getaway!!!

House clean, updated, and has a great location. Loved that it allowed 2 dogs and didn’t have a size limit for dogs. Allowing dogs is a huge plus for my family.

This home was recently renovated and the owners have done a fantastic job. Comfortable beds and furniture, all tastefully decorated. Plenty of dishware, a really cool Whirlpool fridge with the freezer on the bottom, with an ice maker. No drip coffee maker, so bring your kcups for the Keurig. We loved all the hooks in the rooms. So helpful when you are renting. I loved the little Dove soap bars and shampoo and conditioner. There were lots of cleaning supplies and extra garbage bags, which was very nice. The hot water in the shower could have been hotter (but I like it HOT). This is a dog friendly house and there was a cute little dog bowl holder for food and water. We loved the screened-in porch, it had fans and a lovely breeze came through there in the evenings. We could tell that the house was well loved and we really enjoyed it.

The ghost of Billy Mitchell lives on! What an amazing view this house had! Beautiful dunes and water, very serene. The most interesting & quietest airstrip as well, but yet you done see. All’s you hear are waves 24/7. Close to beach for driving or walking. Great scenic location, great house! Thank you so much!!

It is an amazing home with many board games, Wi-Fi, dishes, and is very close to the ocean side and local attractions.

One of the nicest places I have stayed on the island this far! They left us plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap and sponge, trash bags, and washing machine pods. This made packing so much easier that we did not have to bring or purchase those items. The house was very beautifully decorated and very clean when we arrived. All the beds had plenty of pillows and two are king sized. Enjoyed the outdoor shower and screened porch area. Overall very pleased with our stay and will definitely want to come back!

This vacation home was wonderful, very clean, had everything you needed already there, I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay!! Close to the beach, if I decide to go back to Frisco I’m definitely renting here again!! A+++++

My family of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Noisy Oyster! The home is exactly as pictured. The décor is beautiful and no detail was spared. The kitchen had every accessory needed to cook and serve a meal which was needed as food establishments were few and far between. The house was super clean and the beds comfortable. There were beach chairs for us to use and the outdoor shower/hose were great. The beach was a short walk down the street and up a narrow path on a steep sand dune which could be difficult to climb if you have a lot to carry. There may be another way to the beach but we chose to go up and over the dune. The beach was quiet and peaceful. We did not go to the community pool as the beach was perfect for us. Check in and check out were super easy and we encountered no problems with the home whatsoever. Would highly recommend this home!

Beautifully decorated and remodeled home with all the amenities-games, cornhole, beach chairs/umbrella! Very short walk to the beautiful beach in a quiet neighborhood with shopping, grocery story and restaurants nearby! Loved the outdoor shower! We also drove out on the beach - ramp 49 was very close. Billy Mitchell airport was close as well which now reminds me I always wanted to get my pilots license. We had a small dog with us and the house had everything he needed - leash, food/water bowls, shampoo and potty bags. We will definitely book again and recommend to others!

We absolutely loved our stay at The Noisy Oyster. The home was so welcoming and everything was so beautifully decorated. The home had absolutely everything you could imagine for cooking including a gas grill. The beach access was great with just a short walk to the beach. We loved the screened in porch and the large outside shower. The owners also provided access to beach chairs, etc. if needed. The house had tons of options for games and cornhole boards. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We highly recommend this property.
