Excellent view and access to beach. House is very nice. We liked the bedrooms on same level and living area above. Nice outdoor shower. Quiet area in the evenings. Close to groceries and restaurants.

This house has plenty of room for 2 or 3 families to stretch out. Well-equipped; lots of towels and cookware. Great beach access. I enjoyed the artwork and artifacts in all of the rooms. Didn't love the slipcovers on the couches, but that's a very minor point. The best outdoor shower we have experienced on the Outer Banks. Loved the boardwalk too.

We have been vacationing Frisco for 20 years and this is one of the best houses we have rented. Well stocked with everything you could need to cook, play games and enjoy your time. Views are gorgeous and boardwalk to the beach was much easier than walking over dune trails. Very thoughtful and personal touch to decor. Rental company provided everything you needed to get started including cleaning supplies, soap, hand towels etc. was a great experience. We can’t wait to come back!

Dolphin Watch was such an amazing home!! Beautiful home and exceeded all of my family’s expectations. Beautiful views from the deck and the private beach access was wonderful. We will definitely be booking again for our next summer vacation. Love how quiet it is in Frisco and perfect for families.

Very well stocked kitchen. Lots of games and books. Perfect layout of great room. Absolutely spectacular views of the beach. The outside shower gets a gold star. Wonderful family beach house. Ty to the staff and owners for a wonderful vacation experience!

Great place to really experience the Outer Banks as it should be- without crowds. Deck has a great view of the waves and is shaded in the late afternoon. Well equipped kitchen.

This was our third visit to Dolphin Watch. The upper deck views and upper house views are incredible. The house is decorated very nicely and is comfy for all! The short walk to the beach makes it very convenient for little ones.

Loved how close this house is to the beach. Also loved the walkway to the beach, although there are loose boards and nails sticking out and the railing at one point is loose. It could use some tlc! Loved the well stocked kitchen and open beautifully decorated living area! Our other favorite was the outside shower!! Amazing !!! The lower deck was a little sketchy - not totally safe- we didn’t use it all. But, that view !!!!!!

The house is pet friendly and people friendly. If you can't relax watching and listening to those waves crash in, you are not alive! This house's kitchen is extremely well appointed. Only thing we bought was a shrimp de-veiner and we left it and two puzzles fir the next guests.

This was our 2nd time staying in this house and we loved it both times. It was well equipped and decorated so nicely. The deck furniture was awesome—great place with a beautiful OF view! Check in process thru Vacasa was easy, no issues!

The view was spectacular! The name of this house is spot on, we seen a pod of dolphins one morning. Everything was as it should be. Great views of the ocean from the top deck. Perfect temperature this time of year.
