You won't want to come back down to Earth after a vacation at Hatteras High, with two levels of wraparound decks and a great location. Pull in to find ample parking, partially covered. Open the door to a dry entry area located under the house. Walk up to the first living level, where you will find a full-size washer/dryer and a back door leading out to the wraparound deck. Walk up to the second level and enter the great room with cathedral ceilings lined with sliding glass doors leading out to a screened porch and the rest of the upper-level wraparound sundeck. An open floor plan on this upper level reveals the living area, dining area, and well-appointed kitchen that looks through into the great room so the chef will never miss out on the family conversation. The screened in sundeck has a picnic table for alfresco meals. A spacious loft is a bonus just up a short set of stairs from the upper level. Spy on folks in the great room below and enjoy peek-a-boo ocean views from the windows in this third-level loft. Other features of this home include a fish-cleaning table with running water and an outdoor shower for rinsing off upon your return from the beach. The main bedroom has ample closet space and a bathroom featuring a stall shower and dual sinks. Step out sliding glass doors onto the covered deck and listen to the rolling waves hitting the beach just at the end of the street. One of the guest bedrooms boasts covered deck access. You will spend your vacation in high spirits when you rent Hatteras High for your next beach vacation.

This house is located PERFECTLY between Hatteras Village and Frisco. It’s close to great food and shopping. 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and 1 on the third floor. The first floor is just a door to the stairs. Up the stairs is a “master” suite, a bedroom with a queen and a bedroom with 2 twins. These two bedrooms share a bathroom WITH the one bedroom on the third floor. There is only a 1/2 bath on the main floor. The kitchen has all the cooking things you need and lots of counter space. There are no dish towels so bring those. There is also no hand soap provided in the bathrooms, but the dollar general is just a few miles away. Lots of porch space with plenty of doors. Yard is nice because it’s “private” on one side, no house next door. Cleaning station for fish is great too. Definitely a great space for a small group.

Hatteras High 65 was perfect for our family of five. Everyone had their own space, plenty of community living space for us to gather, have dinner, enjoy a board game. Kitchen had plenty of pots and pans as we prepared all of our meals at the house. The beautiful beach was a short, five minute walk for relaxation. The bathrooms were sufficient for us. The kitchen is nice with granite countertops. The outside seating area was wonderful to enjoy the breeze and read a book. Great space for a family of teens. Three of the bedrooms were on a different level from the living room and kitchen - not an issue for our family with teens.

This place was absolutely amazing! This house is well cared for. Of all our rentals this is our favorite one. Hopefully we can rent this place again
