Perfect house for our beach trip! The house was clean and had all the kitchen items needed for the meals we cooked at “home.” Great location with sound and ocean views. The pool is small, but perfectly sized for a quick evening dip followed by a soak in the hot tub!

The kitchen was fully stocked, the home was within walking distance to the beach, the home was very clean and well kept. The service when contacting Vacasa was kind and helpful. We have booked several homes through Vacasa and so far have never been disappointed. I do wish the cargo elevator had been working it would have made getting items to the top floor more convenient. But if that is all we have to complain about we have nothing to. Would definitely stay again .

Everything was great, the only issues seem to stem from Vacasa. Considering a large portion of the cost for the rental was a “cleaning fee”, I’d expect to be impressed.. also guests are always expected to do specific cleaning tasks which we do not mind, just seems a bit confusing considering the price breakdowns. The house is perfect for a family! Our family has been staying in Frisco for 20+ years using Hatteras Realty, we love Frisco & can't wait to come back!

The house was super clean with a comfortable homey feeling. The first couple of days the weather was pretty warm and we spotted the ocean out of our bedroom window. Within mins we found easy access to the best of all, the ocean, with its spacious white sand and ocean waves . But a couple of our days turned cool and rainy, but we found plenty to do at DB with a covered hot tub on the deck, full size pool table , arcade table and plenty of games, puzzles, books and even toys for the little folks including Legos. And of course there were endless TV options with Royku , etc.. We weren’t much for cooking , but found the kitchen to be well stocked. It was perfect for our family and certain it will be best for yours too. for the price, the easy access to the ocean and a clean and well kept house. I don’t think we can find anything better than déjà vu.

The location, the house, the communication from the owner and rental service - everything was wonderful! We were there for a scuba diving trip that sadly got cancelled but luckily we had a fabulous house to hang out in! Lived the hot tub and game room and DVD selections! Looking forward to visiting again.

The house was very clean. It had a lot of amenities, pool table, jacuzzi, and small pool. We could walk to the beach which was private for the village homes there, so not too many people. Would rent it again.

We chose this home specifically for quieter location and the pool. The home is fully loaded with all the extras a family may need. A kitchen stocked with utensils and all the pots, pans, and dishes you need. There is a game room with a pool table, game station, and an additional fridge and microwave. The pool is a smaller wading pool. If someone is expecting a full size pool it will come as a shock. The bedrooms are nice with different bed options which is great for different size families. The home was mostly clean and very cozy. If you’re planning a stay here- be aware that the kitchen and living room are on the 3rd story so it requires walking up stairs. All but one bedroom are on the second floor. The hot tub in the second floor deck was also in great condition, clean, and well sanitized. I don’t always get in hot tubs while on vaca but felt safe getting in that one. Theres adequate parking and only a few minute drive from local restaurants and gas stations to pick up any items you might need All in all its a wonderful home with a quiet location!

We really enjoyed our time staying here. There were a total of 8 of us that stayed, but we never felt crowded. The location of the house was great, we could either take a short walk to access the beach or drive 1/2 mile to an access point with showers, restrooms, handicap access and a lifeguard. The property is located away from the major population areas, so the beaches were not crowded at all. Hopefully we get a chance to come back and make more memories at this great place.

Beautiful home furnishings and great location, close to Ramp 49/Frisco Beach which is convenient for driving on the beach. Great 4 BR/4Bath, dog-friendly home, perfect for families.

They had every dish you could possibly need. The game room was nice there's a mini kitchen and TV in there. The bedrooms were spacious. The hot tub was amazing and great since the weather was cold and rainy. They had a lot of board games, card games and puzzles to keep the family entertained.

Was there for Blackbeard s Revenge 100k run. Enjoy hot tub. One bedroom and bath had no power. It took until the next day to find breaker box. Manger didn’t know where it was.

Really nice house down on the quiet side of the OBX. House had something for everyone in the group and Frisco is the perfect spot for a fishing trip. Saw a lot of surfers too.

This house was the perfect stay with its relaxing home feeling and great location. It was a bit chilly , but there was plenty of entertainment inside with a pool and a game table, board games, movies and best of all was the hot tub. It was our winter substitute for the ocean, but we did dress up and within a couple minutes we were on the beach enjoying a walk on the beautiful white sand with the crisp ocean breeze in our face. The views from the top floor living room provided the most amazing sunset every night. We had such a great winter stay that we can’t wait to go back and maybe even catch a summer stay too.

We had a great relaxing stay - house had everything we needed and we enjoyed puzzles, the hot tub, and walking on the beach. The off-season is so quiet but there were still some shops and restaurants open for us to try out. Will be back anytime of year and would recommend the house.

Felt like home, we had everything we needed plus some! Excellent location close to the sound and ocean and only a few minutes down to hatteras shops and ferry. We had an awesome stay with great communication from Vacasa whenever we needed something. Maintenance came quickly when requested.

We stayed with the kids and family. The property was very clean and located minutes from Frisco Beach. It was off season so not much going on but a good trip to get away from the everyday grind. Thanks for having us.

We came to relax and be near the water. We were not disappointed! The sound views and ocean air are calming. This home has all you need to just chill and let the stress melt away. The beach access is just around the block. Food and shopping are a short drive in either direction. The kitchen is well stocked with basic necessities and tools to make meals, coffee and even chocolate chip cookies!

This house had everything we needed, plus some! We were so relieved to find the pack n play, high chair, sippy cups, even kids cutlery to make our stay easier and more enjoyable. Our kids were so surprised to find some toys in the bunk room that helped keep them busy throughout the stay. The game room was an after bedtime hit for the adults! The beach was clean, quiet, and super long - tide pools were awesome! Watching kite boarders and windsurfing from the deck was a fun treat. We can’t wait to come back next year!

The house was very clean and the location was perfect for our small family. We like the Hatteras area - less crowded than our usual trips to the Nags Head beaches. A plus was having a pool (very small - but okay), pool table, hot tub and video game console for the gamers! The house is loaded with baby gear which we did not expect but appreciated, toys included. A short walk to the beach was perfect! Highly recommend this house for a smaller group!

We had an excellent stay at Deja Blue! Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and super kid friendly! The hot tub is convenient and so nice for watching stunning sunsets over the sound. Loved waking up to sunrise ocean views from the top floor windows too! The game room was a big hit with everyone and although the pool was small it was warmer than most places we’ve stayed so our kids couldn’t get enough. Great selection of games/books/DVDS for the rainy/windy days and super short walk to the beach. Can’t wait to return!

(Full disclosure: I am the owner’s sister.) We had the pleasure of staying at this house for our beach vacation in mid-May. The house was in a great location (2 min walk to the beach and 5 min to the sound). My family of 6 was very comfortable here. The beds were cozy, and we had sunset and sunrise views - really gorgeous. It rained for us a bit, but my kids still had something to do because of the game room. The hot tub is covered, so we could also utilize that when the weather wasn’t cooperating. The people were very friendly around town and on the beach. The beach was pretty empty mid-may so it was great! It’s a great little spot! Highly recommend!
