Welcome to the beach cottage of your dreams! Take advantage of one of the greatest perks this retreat has to offer, which is easy ocean access and experience a truly unforgettable escape to Frisco, NC. This traditional home has three bedrooms, a renovated bath, a well-appointed kitchen, a dining area, and a laundry room all on the first floor for added convenience. Enter the kitchen through the side porch door, which leads to the dining room. Right off the dining room is a large laundry room with a washer/dryer combo and additional porch access. The dining room leads to the first-floor bath and bedroom. Down the small hall, the living area welcomes you and leads you to a small foyer where the main front entry is. Upstairs, there is a bedroom to your right, and to your left down the hall is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and another bedroom. If you would like to enjoy some outdoor fun, the deck is also located on the second floor! The deck can be accessed through a slider in the family den. This space is perfect for gatherings as it's equipped with an outdoor dining area and plenty of chairs. Other extras include an outdoor shower, twin sofa bed in the living room, fish cleaning station with sink, Two 55' TVs in the two living areas.

The house was perfectly maintained. We had an issue with the sheets and they brought a fresh pair immediately. We rented gear and it was there as soon as we got there. The house was perfect for what we needed, we had enough space to do what we wanted to do with our family. Cannot complain! And the outdoor shower is a must to use!

Nostalgic Retreat

Nice location very close to the beach

The location of the home is ideal between Buxton and Hatteras. The beach access was perfect for those that don't have a 4wd vehicle. Great outdoor seating areas for the cool evenings. The house is cozy and there is more than enough room for everyone to stretch out and have their own space. I would recommend this location to anyone that's looking for a quaint and quiet location.

Relaxing

It was home away from home. Nice neighborhood and one of the only places not on stilts. I was recovering from a bad broken leg and not having all the steps was the seller for us. The hill to the beach was a challenge for me but only because of my injury. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful historic home with updated modern conveniences. Loved the front porch and the upstairs deck. Bed was super comfy. Just a great place to relax and enjoy all that Hatteras Island has to offer!

We loved how uncrowded Frisco is. The house is perfectly located on a quiet street, five minutes walking from the fantastic beach and a short drive from the store, restaurants and the ferry to Ocracoke. The house is well equipped and private, we enjoyed having dinners on the deck. We had a very pleasant stay, I highly recommend this house.

Not too many stairs to climb. Well appointed kitchen and lots of beach gear. Our fave beach house! Definitely plan to go again.

I loved how close we were to the beach - just a short walk down the street and over the dunes. There was plenty of space for the 3 teenagers and two adults staying plus our two large pups. House was clean and comfortable! Check-in and out was super easy. Loved the outdoor shower to wash off after the beach before coming in the house. There were cards and games to play when it was raining one of the days we were there. It was far enough away from the busier parts of the island we felt like we had our own little private beach area, but close enough to stores and restaurants when we needing things.

We have always stayed farther north and this was our first time in Frisco. We loved it. We loved the house and the lack of steps! It was the perfect size and we could bring our dogs. The walk to the beach was perfect and the location of all the things we needed was a few minutes away by car. The public beach in Frisco is beautiful.

My Husband, Son and I loved the home. It was spotless, comfortable beds, and quiet neighborhood. We were on a fishing trip and was shocked to find a large ice maker inside the home to ice our fish! We can't wait to go back in October!
