Our family of 6 absolutely loved this house. It has an older OBX feel to it, but it was very clean and comfortable. Our teens loved that the house came equipped with paddle boards and kayaks. The views of the water paired with non stop breezes was top tier. We would absolutely visit again!

House could use a little updating and the condensation drips from the vent in the master bathroom. Otherwise it was very clean and the perfect place. Having the use of kayaks and SUP’s were a great bonus! I would stay here again

I have stayed in many homes on Hatteras Island. This is the first one that felt homey and comfortable. The living room area was a great cozy gathering area. The kitchen was functional. I was able to actually cook all the meals. The grill outside was perfect! The views are wonderful. It is a perfect little piece of the island. I can’t wait to stay here again.

House was clean and everything was in working order. For the price this house is a good value compared to others. Like others have said it could use some updating. Kayaks are a good bonus. One double and one single kayak as well as two SUP's. Location is great for sound access and beaches are a short drive away. Would definitely rent again.

The first thing we noticed was the cleanliness and overall condition of the house. It has been very well maintained. Even the oven was spotless. The general layout of the house is open, but still cozy. We had plenty of room. There's not a lot of steps that made packing and unpacking very easy. We also liked the very open view to the water.

The layout of the house is cozy with an open floor plan. It was perfect for us. The house might have been one of the cleanest houses we have stayed at in the OBX. The house was well maintained. The dock was very nice as well. The seating was comfortable. We also enjoyed the open views on the water side.

The kayaks were a hit, especially for my son. Home was spacious, comfortable, clean, and well-stocked. The views were lovely and we found it to be quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great week staying at Limey Lookout. The private dock was awesome to fish from and to sit and watch sunsets. We loved using the provided kayaks and paddle boards as well. The house was very clean and we loved the fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill. We will definitely be back again!

We loved our stay over Easter. The home was well stocked with all the dishes and games we needed. The house was very clean, which is always a concern of mine.

Perfect relaxing vacation with amazing views. Home was clean, in a quiet neigborhood, and close to beaches and fun activities. Away from the more touristy locations such as Nags Head and Kill Devil Hills.

Proximity to the beaches, National Parks, the bay, floating in the bay, all the toys there. Great spot. Prior reviews mention that the place is dated, its a beach house, not a Manhattan high rise. The cockeyed clam was great!

House was nice size. The dock was awesome we spent tons of time out there. Neighborhood was quiet, great for walks in the evening to see the sunset.

This was an incredible value. Yes the property looks a little outdated in the pictures but it shows much better in real life and has a lot of charm. Being on the water was magical and the views gorgeous. The management company was excellent and super responsive. We stayed as a family of 5 and everyone loved it equally as much.

This property was clean, had a fantastic view of the canal and sound. It is cosy and has a “cottage” vibe. Great that kayaks and paddle boards are available to use.we loved sitting out on the deck and the dock to catch those precious rays of sunshine in late March. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, pots ,pans etc. probably one of the best we have been to. We loved it and would stay there again. It was our first time to the outerbanks and we want to return.

We really enjoyed staying at this home. We are avid kiteboarders and this was a prime location (only 8 minutes to kite point and maybe 5 minutes from frisco woods). Located on a beautiful channel right off the bay, this home was everything we could have wanted and more. Even the days that we did not go to the beach we were very content spending them on the dock fishing in the channels. Also, the paddle boards and kayaks that we included provided us with alot of additional fun activities. We highly look forward to coming back. 10/10!

House just as described. Has all you need. Did find some strands of long black hair on floor in bathroom and kitchen. It was also on blanket on king bed. That is only complaint. It was a great stay and would do again. One more thing. I did not receive a check in email. Thank you
