Description

It's simple. Grab the family, friends, and some swimwear and head to this beautiful oceanfront home. The ground level has good parking, a carport, a basketball hoop in the driveway, under-house storage, a fish table, a bait fridge in the shed, a gas grill, and easy beach access. Local activities include beachcombing, birdwatching, boating, deep-sea fishing, exploring forests, hiking, history, horseback riding, kayaking, and parasailing. You're close to groceries, a marina, the Marlin Village community, medical services, miniature golf, churches, restaurants, and a bait shop. Level one holds two oceanfront bedrooms with a large deck and laundry facilities. The upstairs great room is comfortable and freshly decorated, with tall ceilings, a renovated kitchen, and a 60-inch TV. There's also an office space with a standing desk—perfect for remote work or online school. The outside sundecks overlook the ocean, offering a beautiful hot tub and plenty of furniture. The good-sized, third-level loft has a TV with a DVD player. This level is perfect for viewing the sunset over the sound side. This house has been created to Simplify your vacation! Amenities include an Avon check-in location, an away-from-it-all feel, an oceanfront location, bay/sound views, a well-equipped kitchen, keyless entry, and an outdoor shower. You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking, which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement. Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. The club is typically open from mid-May to mid-October, depending on the weather.

This house is only a few shorts steps to the beach. The kitchen has every imaginable accessory available. Lots of added bonuses. Love relaxing on one of the porches and listening to the ocean. The hot tub is an added bonus. Can't wait to visit again next year!

We had the BEST time at this property. Everything was perfect and the house was just as the listing stated! We loved the 3 levels of decks and spent a lot of time outdoors listening to the waves and soaking up the sun! The beach was steps away which was an added bonus! Loved the hot tub as a way to relax at night. We will definitely be back!

This was just a wonderful home that met and exceeding our every expectation. The home was beautifully designed and decorated with just everything that anyone would need. As a (former) 20 year beach home owner, I was very impressed! These folks did better than we did and we tried very hard to please! Recommended highly. We will very likely return.

The house was large and location was right on the beach. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you could ask for. Just a short walk through the dunes lead to a beach was quiet and almost seemed private. Very convent to market and fresh seafood market just 5 min. away. Hot tub was wonderful in the cool breeze and night air. Laid back and very relaxing vacation.

We had a wonderful time! Such a comfortable home! Great floor plan! Well stocked kitchen- perfect for cooking Thanksgiving dinner! Loved enjoying the ocean view from the deck! Quick walk over the dune to the beach! The hot tub was enjoyed! Hope to go back one day!
