The upper level will be the hub for entertaining the whole group with tall ceilings, natural light, and a seamless flow from the full kitchen, dining area, and living room. Stream favorite shows on the smart TV as the sun goes down or host a dinner for the whole gang using all of the stainless steel appliances and modern cookware provided. Beautiful home, ideal location

This house is as beautiful as the pictures. You can see both the ocean and the sound from the windows. The walk to the beach is a few minutes. I've stayed in houses directly on the beach that were farther from the water. The area is pretty calm and uncrowded. It was very clean. House is minimally outfitted and you'll want to pack: salt, pepper, a dustpan (there is a broom there), a spray cleaner like 409, basket-shaped coffee filters. We had a medical emergency while there and needed to get a package delivered. Vacasa was no help at all; luckily friends were staying at a house rented by Dolphin, who helped us even though we weren't their guests. I'm not adjusting the rating as this isn't the house owner's fault but I'd look for a different rental company!

amazing house & location

The house was great, especially the open kitchen and living area on the 2nd floor. Great bedrooms and bathrooms, and a much used outdoor shower. Steps from a fantastic beach. Only drawback was no laundry. Otherwise, perfect!
