The Love Boat is a one-of-a-kind sound-front home, designed for kitesurfers, windsurfers, watersports enthusiasts, family reunions, and top-of-the-line vacations. The Love Boat even has The Love Shack, a large, freestanding entertainment facility next to the sound with decking at the front and back, a pool table, foosball, a 55-inch cable TV with a receiver, speakers, and a kitchen. The Love Boat greets guests with an under-house screened pavilion, a super pool, a pool house, a hot tub, and a wet bar. There are also TVs in each bedroom and outdoor showers. The first level has a grand lobby, a half bath, an elevator, and a laundry facility with two full-size washers/dryers and two super main bedrooms with TVs and full baths. The first and second bedrooms have sound front deck access and views. The second level has a grand multimedia room with a 70-inch TV, surround sound, a wet bar, and four main bedrooms. The third and fourth have sound front deck access and views. The fifth and sixth bedrooms have access to the canal, pool, and deck, plus terrific views. The third level has a huge great room with a tall ceiling, a half bath, a fireplace, multimedia through a new receiver and nine speakers, inside and out, resort furnishings, stationary observation binoculars on the deck, and incredible views of the sound front and evening sunsets. Each floor offers free WiFi. The gourmet kitchen has a french-door refrigerator, granite countertops, a center prep island, and beautiful waterfront dining areas for your entertainment. The seventh bedroom has access to the pool, canal, and deck, a 70-inch TV, an extra-large garden tub, and a custom tile walk-in shower with four showerheads. Take command of your vacation's most important moments from an incomparable sun deck pulpit. With The Love Boat, your ship has come in and is ready to sail. A Tesla EV charger is equipped for guest use. The private pool is open seasonally from 4/26/2025 and closes 10/12/2025. Dates are subject to change. The pool will open seasonally from 04/01/2026 and close 10/10/2026. Dates are subject to change. You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

The Love Boat is a great space for a large crowd. It was clean and spacious, offering a bathroom in each of the 7 bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. The local Vacasa staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Excellent place to hold multiple families together. The kitchen is well stocked! Great location right near Ramp 49 and restaurants around us. We definitely will come back!

The Love Boat is the perfect house for our family Thanksgiving celebration! We love that each bedroom has its own bath, but the top floor gathering space is our favorite part of the house. There is enough room to cook our meals in the spacious kitchen, eat together at the long dining table, and enjoy time playing games or watching football in the comfortable great room. And of course, the deck is the perfect spot to watch the sunset each evening! The house has everything a large group needs - two ovens, two dishwashers, two washers, two dryers - and the kitchen cabinets are very well stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub, as well as time on the sound. This house really has everything we need!

Large and multiple gathering spots in the house plus outside areas. Easy access to drive your 4wheel drive vehicles on strand. Chef’s kitchen with everything you need to cook for your entire guests.

This was the perfect home for us and our extended family to enjoy our annual OBX trip together. There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable with a beautiful kitchen, view from the deck, and fun activities with the pool and game room out back. We would love to be able to stay here again in the future!

We had a great time making memories at this gorgeous property. The Little Orange house down by the sound was a fun place to hang out. Our children enjoyed walking down there and looking around. The pool was great and so glad we had it heated. Eating lunch by the pool was very nice. We took our boat and it was fun putting it into the water so close to the house. Well appointed kitchen and large dining table for a big crowd. Nice bedrooms and en suites.

Absolutely Amazing home! The views are spectacular. Large bedrooms and each have an en-suite and each have a balcony with sitting areas. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The love shack is an awesome game room/getaway spot. We were so surprised that there was a paddle board and kayak included. Our family fished on the sound with comfortable andirondack chairs to sit in and crabbed on the deck. The swimming pool and surrounding outdoor amenities were fantastic. We grilled out several evenings and very much appreciated having a fridge and prep area with seating for outdoor meals and a pool house. The Love Boat exceeded by far the expectations that I had for our vacation home. Many thoughtful touches, like toiletries and board games, were very much appreciated.
