I was happy to see the refrigerator repaired. I absolutely love the home right down to decorations. Being on canal and sound big plus. On top of that your walking distance to the frisco museum,rod and gun and tavern on the twelve which we did twice. The only way it would be better is the house had a golf cart to go back in forth to sound and restaurant.

The Love Boat is a great space for a large crowd. It was clean and spacious, offering a bathroom in each of the 7 bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. The local Vacasa staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The Love Boat is the perfect house for our family Thanksgiving celebration! We love that each bedroom has its own bath, but the top floor gathering space is our favorite part of the house. There is enough room to cook our meals in the spacious kitchen, eat together at the long dining table, and enjoy time playing games or watching football in the comfortable great room. And of course, the deck is the perfect spot to watch the sunset each evening! The house has everything a large group needs - two ovens, two dishwashers, two washers, two dryers - and the kitchen cabinets are very well stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub, as well as time on the sound. This house really has everything we need!

This was the perfect home for us and our extended family to enjoy our annual OBX trip together. There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable with a beautiful kitchen, view from the deck, and fun activities with the pool and game room out back. We would love to be able to stay here again in the future!

We had a great time making memories at this gorgeous property. The Little Orange house down by the sound was a fun place to hang out. Our children enjoyed walking down there and looking around. The pool was great and so glad we had it heated. Eating lunch by the pool was very nice. We took our boat and it was fun putting it into the water so close to the house. Well appointed kitchen and large dining table for a big crowd. Nice bedrooms and en suites.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The love shack is an awesome game room/getaway spot. We were so surprised that there was a paddle board and kayak included. Our family fished on the sound with comfortable andirondack chairs to sit in and crabbed on the deck. The swimming pool and surrounding outdoor amenities were fantastic. We grilled out several evenings and very much appreciated having a fridge and prep area with seating for outdoor meals and a pool house. The Love Boat exceeded by far the expectations that I had for our vacation home. Many thoughtful touches, like toiletries and board games, were very much appreciated.

This house was absolutely perfect for who and what we had. We now join the rest of the reviews that say we will only stay at this house from here on out. We did have a maintenance issue, the refrigerator stopped working and we lost food, but we are in the process of resolving this with the realtor. Overall, our entire party was beyond happy!!!

This was my fourth time at The Love Boat. It has something for everyone, whether you're young or young at heart. If you're into fishing, crabbing, swimming, billiards, playing games, relaxing in a hammock, or just spending time with family, the Love Boat has it all!

Our group has been renting houses in the OBX for 25+ years and everyone agreed, the Love Boat by far is the favorite. The house exceeded our expectations! Not one detail was overlooked. There were 14 of us spanning four generations. The house is laid out in such a way that there are plenty of areas to spread out so it never felt crowded. The adjacent Love Shack about 100 yards away from the house by the water was a favorite hang out late at night and was far enough from the house that any noise didn't disturb those who wanted a low key evening. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with plenty of cookware, sharp knives, spices, etc. for those who like to cook. The icemaker in the freezer was broken but bags of ice were delivered without us even asking. We realized there was no toaster the first morning. Without making a call one magically showed up later in the day. I'll be honest, I've read negative reviews about the rental agency so was a little nervous ahead of our stay, but the complete opposite happened. We felt like VIP's and would definitely rent here again!

We loved this house! So many fun aspects and easily accommodated our large family. The Lovers Shack was a hit with everyone! We had some fun disco dance parties there (great sound system, pool table, b-ball arcade game, Foosball, and lovely to be right on the sound). The pool was delightful and a nice way to round out a day on the beach. All the littles 😍 the "pirate ship" (loft area with a ship steering wheel). The house is well maintained and was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back to The Love Boat!

I once lived on the outerbanks and I return every year to visit. Of all the homes I've stayed, The Love Boat is by far the best! I love that it has everything anyone would ever need. If I never left the house the vacation would still be golden. I love that every room is spacious and has there own bathroom, the elevator is very handy when hauling groceries and luggage and this year a life saver for a family member in her 90s, the decor is just beautiful, the private pool and covered grilling area is great for family gatherings, and the hot tub was so relaxing at night. The Love Shack is another gem for family game time. The only downside is the Love Shack doesn't have a restroom so we had to race back to the main house for potty breaks. We also enjoyed fishing and crabbing near the dock and at the point. I look forward to spending many more summers here!

The Love Boat is a comfortable, well-appointed home with plenty of space. The great room/kitchen on the top floor is a wonderful gathering spot and the deck is perfect for watching the sunset. The bedrooms are comfortable and we love that they each have their own bath. Having two dishwashers is really helpful! This home has just about everything you need!

Just love the house. We have stayed there for 4 or 5 years, but everything has gotten so expensive. the rental price, cleaning and pool heat plus gas price to drive there!! We have many good memories of the Love Boat, but we're going to look for something closer to home!!

This house has everything you could need or want. It was well stocked & beautifully decorated with some of the most amazing wood furniture I've seen. There's plenty of room for everyone, so you can spread out if you want or need to. We brought all our water toys & was able to safely dock them next to the house. It's has a protected canal & there's a ramp to load & unload at the end of the canal; super convenient. This is always a concern when we bring our boat & jetskis on vacation, so to have all this conveniently located & easily accessible was a huge plus. Just be aware that it gets shallow at the mouth of the canal. The jetskis had no problems, but my 20ft deck boat had to have the motor tilted almost fully out of the water to get through. The sunsets are amazing & the decks have plenty of room for everyone. Also, the powerful binocular on the top deck was a fun way to view the wildlife & surrounding water activities. We saw deer on several occasions & even a family of otters playing & eating in the canal. Truly special place !

Very clean when we arrived, had all 7 master bedrooms filled for our 50th weeding Anniversary. The waterfront sound is great and the sunsets are amazing. Short ride to the beach that was not crowded. The pool is also perfect. Plenty of room for partying and plenty of room to be to yourself. We will be back again.

The Love Boat was the perfect accommodations for a family vacation. We had 5 couples and two singles in our group and everyone had their own private space to retreat to and spacious family rooms to join up. The Love Shack was a great retreat for the younger crowd to let loose and listen to music a little too loud and dance while the grandparents enjoyed the tranquility of the main house. The kitchen has very possible appliance and great work space. Thank goodness for the elevator!

This was our second year in the Love Boat.House was in good condition and management company was Quick to handle a hot tub issue. I hate to move on from this house for 2022 but a $3000.00 increase is more than I believe it’s worth.

This home has everything. Love that it has a private pool, pier, and directly on the sound. It easily accommodated 14 people. We had one hiccup - the toilet seat in one of the 9 bathrooms was broken, and management took care of it quickly. I've stayed here twice and booked again for next year.

The house is just gorgeous, extremely well appointed and comfortable. Nothing is missing. The love shack was a huge plus for our kids who felt very independent. Overall, we spent a wonderful week in the Love Boat!
