The Seascape Cottage has an open floor plan that made the main living area bright and airy. The king bed was comfortable. The house is a short walk from the beach and the top deck has an impressive view of the sunset.

Our group of two couples and a 3 year old stayed here for a week and enjoyed it very much. Highlights for us were the screened porch, the close beach access, quiet neighborhood, outdoor shower and the eagles nest deck for sunset views. I would note that the shared pool you have access to with this property is located in Avon at the Vacasa office which is a 27min drive from the house. We were excited to have a pool for our 3 year old, but an hour round trip just doesn’t make sense so we stuck to the beach. We had a great week!

The home is in a excellent location. It is close to everything you need. From the upper deck you have a view of the ocean. You can hear the waves at night and early morning. My family and myself had a wonderful time. We would definitely stay here again.

Seascape cottage was very pleasant with lots of natural light and happy beach colors. The beds were comfortable. I was pleased that we were allowed to rent from a Friday to a Wednesday which made it quite affordable and worked with my schedule (I am required to work every other Saturday and Sunday at my job). The location was nice with a very easy walk to the beach.

We really enjoyed staying at the Seascape. We were there the week prior to Labor day 2023. We even easily rode out the tropical storm that made Thursday wet and windy. I would suggest they fix the soft spot in the hallway floor by the refrigerator. TV remotes were also a little wired but we figured it out. All of our dealings and communication with VACASA were excellent.

This is a very nice house. Has an outdoor shower, roomy, is updated. Nice quick walk to the beach. King size bed with a small bathroom attached. This is an ideal place to stay if you just want a peaceful place to rest and enjoy the beach. We ate at Sonny’s and Tavern on the 12. They have great pizza and the hot tuna dip is just wonderful. There is a lighthouse on this end of the island you should visit that for sure. I would highly recommend this place to stay at Hattras.

The rental was just as it appeared in the listing. It had some very minor flaws, but they wouldn't deter me from renting the cottage again. It was also closer to the beach than I thought it would be.

Bunky`s Den is a great place to stay. You can see the ocean from the front and the sound from the back. 5 min. from the ferry shuttle and some really great restaurants in Hatterass. The Avon pier is just 10 min away. Has all the perks and plenty of room. We loved it. Good close proximity to the beach. Very roomy, had all the perks yet very simple and neat.
