It is considered the best budget-friendly beach getaway for families and friends alike. You'll be within a short drive to fishing marinas, the beaches, restaurants, galleries, the ferry, and shops. When you are not trying the local cuisine, you can always treat your guests and yourself to a delicious homemade meal, thanks to the well-equipped kitchen. It is appointed with everything you need to prepare a memorable meal. Or, you can head out to the backyard and use the grill instead. Once mealtime is over, let the dishwasher clean everything up while you take a nap or watch TV. The cushy living room has an inviting L-shaped sofa right in front of a smart TV with cable, providing unlimited entertainment during your stay. Each bedroom also has a smart TV. And the on-site washer/dryer ensures there is no need for overpacking. The large yard provides ample parking for the fishing enthusiast who brings their boat, and the outdoor shower is great for rinsing off the sand after a fun day at the beach.

Nice clean modern beach house right on Rte 12. Convenient to Hatteras Harbor as we were there for a fishing trip! Vacasa is super easy to work with. Place was ready early so we were offered free early check in. Another house/ rental outfit I was considering wanted $75 bucks to check in early on a Tuesday in September. Vacasa texts, emails and provides all check in and WiFi info seamlessly. Nice experience, great cottage, great service, affordable price too! Thanks.

Clean and centrally located

This house is great inside and out. It met our cleanliness standard and location. It was 5 mins from the ferry and very quiet area.

This is the perfect place for a small group of people wanting to explore OBX. So much is accessible by walking, biking, and golf carting. Very safe and quiet place. And comfortable too. A great home away from home.

Nice place right in center of village.

I loved sitting on deck with coffee watching people. It was also great central location.

I have been coming down here every summer for 20 years. Always had to get bigger houses but now with half the kids grown it was the perfect size for the 4 of us!! It was so clean, updated and homey!! Games for kids, t.v.'s in every room and we'll stocked kitchen!! The location was good as it was a short drive to the peaceful, sparsely populated beach and short drive to restaraunts

Three of us were in town for the Hatteras Village Offshore Open. Great little cottage located directly between the civic center and the harbor. The house was very nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

Wonderful!!

We had a wonderful stay!!! The beach was literally 2 minutes away!! The only thing is the e lock on the door was a little rusted and you had to pull the door to you for it to unlock
