It is easy to bike to shopping, art studios, the Hatteras docks, seafood restaurants, and rental shops with SUPs, bikes, and golf carts. Ocean Rush has easy ground-level access and an elevator to three floors for persons with disabilities. The first level opens with a washer/dryer nook and ends in a huge furnished game room /living area with a pool table, a TV, and a stereo, plus a kitchenette with a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge, and an ice machine. There is easy access to the expanded pool deck with a privacy fence, a large in-ground pool with plenty of furnished sun deck space, a tropical bar, an outside shower, a half bath, and an extra-large hot tub. The first bedroom has a TV and a DVD player, deck access, and access to the hall bath with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a TV and a DVD player. The second-level third bedroom has deck access, a TV, and a bath with a shower. A second laundry area is located down the hall. Oceanfront fourth bedroom has deck access, a TV, and a full bath with a tub/shower. The oceanfront fifth bedroom has deck access, a TV, and a full bath with a tub shower. The sixth bedroom has deck access, a TV, and a full bath with a tub/shower. The seventh bedroom has deck access, a TV and a DVD player, and a full bath with a tub/shower. Beach colors abound on the third-level extra-large living area with a half bath, tall ceilings, and huge glass windows to view the ocean, plus top-of-the-line resort furniture, a gas fireplace, and an entertainment center with an extra-large TV and a stereo. The big kitchen has granite countertops, a tiled floor, a gas range, double ovens, dishwashers, and refrigerators. Take your time cooking because guests will be more than happy waiting at the oceanfront dining area with wood floors. Wide furnished sundecks catch every ocean and sound view. The eighth bedroom has deck access, a TV and DVD player, and a waterpark bathroom with a separate shower and a whirlpool tub. Crowning Ocean Rush is a large loft with a fold-out sofa and a TV. Things to Know The private pool is open seasonally from 4/26/2025 and closes 10/12/2025. Dates are subject to change. The pool will open seasonally from 04/01/2026 and close 10/10/2026. Great house. Very clean. The pool was a little small, but it was right on the beach. The game was a great bonus to have at night and during the heat of the day.

Spacious well appointed home. Plenty of room for our gang of 15. Full bath for each bedroom was so nice. The elevator made it easy to get my 86 year old mother-in law from floor to floor as well as coolers and luggage. Fantastic ocean views and loved having decks on each level. The heated pool was great and needed as we were there in mid May. The second kitchen area with a full size refrigerator on the first floor was nice to have. The kitchen on the third floor has two refrigerators. In addition, both the kitchen on first and third floor have stand alone ice makers. Almost forgot, there is a nice pool table on the lower level that the kids enjoyed. Great house with a great view!!!

Our blended family of 9 wanted a beach get away and there were 3 requirements, oceanfront, pool and a bar!! This house hit all 3 requirements. We were able to watch our Bills games poolside and made lots of friends going over the dune after seeing our 17 flags hanging from all levels of the decks. Our most exciting event during our stay was my oldest daughter (a photographer by trade) while taking family photos, received a surprise proposal from her boyfriend. Highly recommend Ocean Rush if you have a large crew joining you for a beach gathering.

We love the Tiki Bar & the pool & the hot tub all being together. We love the roominess of the house. We have been coming for 8 years & our family can all be together here. We love the beautiful ocean front view!!!

You cannot beat the location! We loved being able to bike everywhere and walk right out to the beach. The house provided everything we needed for multiple families. The recents updates were nice and hopefully they continue to the bathrooms. Would definitely recommend for a large friend / family vacation.

Perfect family house!

The ring toss game near the pool, the tiki bar and the endless amount of outdoor seating are the main reasons we choose this house every year! The game room and spacious kitchen are great! The beds are sooooo comfortable! There is not much more to ask for!

Great house, great location

We loved this house. We’ve vacationed in the outer banks for 20 years and have never stayed in the same house or area twice. We loved this place so much that we are crossing our fingers that it’s not already booked for next year’s vacation! We spent most of our time on the third floor in the kitchen, living room and dining area. There was plenty of space for all 13 of us! The porch off the kitchen is perfect for morning coffee! The pool area + bar was our favorite! It was the best hang out spot and the swings around the bar were the perfect touch! We brought our flattop grill and we made almost every meal on it with our whole group hanging out by the bar while meals were prepped. The location to the beach is great. The community boardwalk right next to the house is so convenient!

We booked this to celebrate our Gramma's 70th birthday, and it was perfect for our multi-age group! Highly recommend!

Love this house but it was not clean!

We love this house & this was our 5th consecutive year here. We were all so excited to get back but when we opened the door, we could immediately see that the house had not been properly cleaned. Such a disappointment. We had to have cleaners called back in Saturday & Sunday while we began a vacation we had been looking forward to for so long. The house is great! But this year it was dirty & we were just so disappointed.
