We stayed before using the pool season. But it was beautiful to look at. The walkway to the beach is terrific especially being able to have a sitting area/crows' nest so near the ocean & beach. That works well for all including mobility challenged people. Good communication with testing or available to call in off hours. The property manager team was great. Clean condo. Elevator & pet friendly a plus. We will return. Thanks.

We had a great time! The pool and beach did not disappoint! The unit could use a long handled squeegee for the porch. We had a few storms and the water collected. It would have been nice to push the water off the balcony.

Absolutely loved my first time in Hatteras Village. The condo was well maintained and had everything we needed and more to cook breakfasts and dinners. The view and sunsets on the deck were awesome. We will be back soon!

This is the perfect place to stay for a couple. This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and it was perfect while visiting my family that lives here in OBX. I love the ocean front and I love that there’s a pool as well!

Our rental was ready over 2 hours early, we received a text it was ready (that was nice after an 8 1/2 hour drive) & it was very clean upon arrival & just like the pictures provided to us. Pool & ocean view

The location to the pool, and ocean was just a short walk. The balcony view was beautiful. The Vacasa was very helpful and attentive to everything we requested information on.

This was out first trip to the Outer Banks and we loved it. The condo was clean and in a great location. We could sit outside on the balcony and listen to the waves. The condo kitchen was well stocked with useful items and the tv had so many channels. We would definitely stay here again.

Me and my husband stayed here for a week to get away and enjoy some relaxation. I highly recommend staying here I do think the owners should upgrade their mattress at the couch is not very comfortable but it wouldn't stop me from renting again.

This was my second stay at Mullet Over so, this time, I knew exactly what to bring to make myself at home, extra cushions for the furniture, cooking spices, a single cup brewer to name a few. The two things that make these condos at Durant Station exceptional are an elevator and luggage carts (stored in the laundry room). For those of us that are older or have some disabilities, this makes it easier to settle in and enjoy frequent trips to the beach throughout the day!

Loved the view and condo had plenty of room for us. Pool was very nice but hot tub was too hot to get in (scalding). Good location and close to everything. Loved sitting on the deck at night listening to music but would have enjoyed it more if the person in the next condo wasn’t a chain smoker. (It didn’t matter what time of day; he sat on his deck smoking continuously and that condo was also non-smoking per the sign on the door.)

This building was made to withstand high winds, we never heard much from our neighbors, or the weather. We were there when the winds were gusting up to 50+ mph...we slept soundly and comfortably. It's perfect! Sunrise, and sunset...history and the wildness of the ocean. We couldn't have asked for anything more. You have everything you could possibly need for cooking, whether it was utensils or pots and pans. Oven, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator...seriously...it has everything! We loved our stay, and hopefully we get to go back!

Mullet Over was clean and conveniently located. It has all the amenities one could hope for in an OBX vacation rental. Only complaints are that the living room TV was non-operational during our stay and the mattress was very uncomfortable. Otherwise, a terrific place. Would book again.

We loved our stay! It is the perfect location with easy, quick access to the beach. The only suggestion I have is to consider upgrading the mattress to a pillow-top or something with just a bit more padding and support. We would stay here again.

The condo was clean and close to the beach. If you want to see the ocean from your room you must rent on a higher floor. The advantage of being on the first floor is that there is only one set of stairs. The sofa and chair in the living room was uncomfortable. We spent our evenings watching television and so it would have been nice if it were more comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and the dishes were clean which was wonderful. If you rent this through Hatteras make sure that they tell you up front which office to visit for the keys. Insist that they give you the office address because we went to the wrong address to pick up our keys and burned up about an hour. We did not know the area so an actual address to put into google or waze would have been a great help. They did make sure to tell us that we should be at the Hatteras office that is closest to our rental but I could not find a listing of office addresses on their website so that was difficult to figure out. They did respond to our call after hours and they did take care of the problem right away so I am grateful for that. All in all it was a wonderful trip and we would certainly rent again in the future.

I would definitely recommend this property and would rent it again without hesitation. This is a first floor condo and priced fairly.
