The space is lovely and as advertised. Easy beach access. I would definitely stay there again. I did have some difficulty locating the checkout requirements so I hope I complied with what was needed.

Seamless booking, check in process was a breeze. The condo is spacious and inviting, kitchen was well stocked with silverware/pots pans etc. Even had a taster oven for those amazing Isbola pizza leftovers!The beds were comfy, and the entire place was clean. Right on the beach and you have own access. I was surprised by the oversized patio that is in an L shape with a four person table and extra seat to the side. Staff was really attentive and answered questions via text as needed. Close to walking distance of restaurants in different shops and a three minute drive to the ferry to Ocracoke Island. I would definitely stay here again.

This property was immaculately clean. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary cookware and utensils. The wrap around porch was nice to sit and listen to the waves while enjoying our morning coffee or reading a book. Beach access was right beside the parking lot, which was nice. The property management is great! They checked in on us when we got there and made sure we made it safely. Then again once we checked out and wished us safe travels. We would definitely recommend to families wanting a relaxing vaca. We will be back!

Hatteras Hospitality is my favorite so far because of price and location within the Durant Station Condos. I have stayed at four of them, and the bed is the most comfortable. Sofa was plush and comfy. Deck wraps around the front and corner with a great view of the ocean. Everything you need to cook and bake with is there. Dedicated under the condo parking for two vehicles and direct access to the stairs that lead to the first floor. Condo is the first unit. I love having the well equipped laundry room on the first floor. Durant Station has an elevator and dumbwaiter. Love the master bedroom being on the sound side (if you want that view, go to the third floor) and not on the ocean side, as you don't get woken up with all that brightness from the sun. Love the large screened TV with a great selection of channels including HBO. Showers were very nice with plenty of hot water and water flow. I love renting off season, because I get to see some of the same people that rent or own the condos. It's nice to see the same managers who stay on premises, especially Edith (a wonderful lady) who comes in October. If you do any fishing, make sure you give some fish to Edith to show your appreciation. I love the fact that this condo does not allow pets. This condo is perfect.

This is the second time we stayed in a unit at Durant Station. This unit was very nice. I liked that it had the wrap around on the balcony and that the ocean was visible. I would book this place again.

Unit was well stocked with cooking ware, utensils, dishes and appliances. Clean, well decorated, and comfortable bed. Pool not open yet but that is o.k. Husband did use pool table. Hope to stay there again in the same unit. Had wonderful time.

Everything was great. Nice condo. would recommend hand bars for bathtubs for older people like us. We were all 70+ and used to step out showers at home.

Walk over a very nice boardwalk to the beach. Very nice lookout if you can’t or don’t want to walk on the beach. Home was lovely, clean, fully stocked. All appliances worked great. End unit has a large wrap around balcony. Overall great stay. Thank you to Vacasa and the homeowner(s)!!

We loved the full stock of kitchenware since we prefer to cook. We also loved the beds and the pillows -- my husband said he fell asleep right away on those heavenly pillows! I enjoyed the balcony; coffee in the mornings with the sunrise and wine in the evenings. The beach was pristine and the pool was clean and lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the condo was perfect for our family.

Perfect end unit with wonderful outside space. Easy walk to the beach with a nice boardwalk and benches. Comfortable beds and furniture. All necessary cooking and eating utensils. Highly recommend and would definitely stay at this unit again.

This is a very nice condo! It’s decorated nicely with everything to make your stay enjoyable! The location is perfect for easy beach access! We loved it but probably wouldn’t stay in this actual condo again only bc this is a first floor unit. We had to deal with kids above us jumping, running and stomping through the ceiling all hours of the day and night through our entire 4 night stay. We literally laid awake one night until after 2 am just waiting for the stomping and jumping to stop so we could sleep only to be woken up at 7 am with them running down the stairs, yelling etc outside our window and door. We never said anything but we heard other ppl outside complaining about the early morning noise as well. This is our only complaint (which has nothing to do with the condo or rental company) but just be aware bc if you luck out like we did and have super loud guest above you it’s anything but relaxing. It’s such a shame ppl don’t respect others when staying in a vacation rental like hotels or condos. We have two children ourselves and never would have allowed them to behave that way when they were younger, especially staying on a floor above other units. Unfortunately tho most people don’t consider that. Anyway, we still enjoyed our stay and made the best of it.

This unit is very thoughtfully designed and was perfect for my husband and I. We especially appreciated the kitchen and the in unit washer/dryer. The ocean front location was perfect and we enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. Would definitely stay in this unit again. Home was fantastic - exactly like pictures, VERY comfortable, layout great with 2 levels of large dens, proximity to beach. Decorated beautifully but homey & comfortable. Elevator was great for arrival & departure since we didn’t have to lug all our belongings & groceries up/down stairs! Value for money was well worth it! We will use your rental company again! This house was a good place to weather the storm we had the first couple of days we were on the island. The house is ocean side which always exposes it to flooding but that was not an issue during the storm and our stay. Modern appliances and streaming tvs were nice. The house has plenty of board games to pass the time and the furniture was nice and not too crowded. The house was centrally located near the Food Lion and several restaurants we love to visit.
