The condo was clean and comfortable. The television in the second bedroom where the twin beds are located should be replaced with a larger one. At least a 33” inch screen. The patio door to the deck would not lock, but had a stick to keep the door from sliding open. After reporting this, maintenance came to check it out. He said the lock would have to be replaced. Which he did not have a new lock with him. We told him it would be okay to wait until we were leaving on Saturday to fix it.

Love our stay here as a family of 4. The balcony view was stunning & it was my favorite place & perk of the trip . The extra wide balcony was great as we could cool off in the north side of it ( if it was too hot ) or stay on the main portion as well . The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean & perfect for our family . Love the storage area for our beach items that is located on the first floor . Overall great experience & would recommend the unit to others & would love to go back again someday

Wonderful place to stay, with a fully stocked kitchen and beautiful view right from the living room! We looked forward the view each morning and enjoyed the wrap-around deck. Excellent location that truly feels like home away from home!

Pros: This condo has a spacious, wrap-around deck. The pool is very nice: clean, not too cold, plenty of lounge chairs and tables, rarely crowded. Easy access to the beach. The condo has two bedrooms and bathrooms, and the master bath even has a large, two-sink vanity. The kitchen seems to have newer appliances and everything you should need for preparing basic meals during your stay. The building itself has an elevator which comes in handy unpacking and carrying big loads. There is a shared laundry facility on the first floor. It was very clean, air-conditioned and never being used in our experience. Cons: Closets in the master bedroom were unusable during our stay (one was locked and the other was being used to store rolled-up carpets and other materials). It's not that much of a problem, though, because there is a large, new dresser in the master bedroom. Also some of the condo furniture seems to need replacement, like the living area couch, which just feels/looks dirty, and the night table in the second bedroom (warped areas on the wood, etc.) The area is beautiful and peaceful. Be careful if you plan to swim in the ocean with children because there is no lifeguard on this beach. However, there are other lifeguarded beaches nearby (within a short drive). We used a website to check for ocean safety flags daily because they don't fly on the beach here. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! The proximity to the beach, amenities, and comfort of this condo make it well worth the price.

We've stayed at many units within Durant Station and we love this one! Nice corner unit, well stocked kitchen, and overall a very comfortable stay. Bring a sound machine to block out the middle of the night dumpster trash pick ups as they happen right outside of our side of the building ( and are ridiculously loud).

Well equipped kitchen and nicely decorated condo. Loved all of the extra hooks for hanging towels and extra shower rods for wet suits. They thought of everything!

We loved how clean the condo was. It smelled fresh and clean as soon as we walked in. We had a great view of the water. The elevators were awesome as well. We loved everything about this condo.. it was perfect …. Except for one thing that Vacasa could not help. The house next to us had a very very very loud outdoor party every single night until 230 am.. I didn’t get much sleep because of that. They were rude, disrespectful, and selfish. It was more than just having a little fun.. it went way beyond that. Didn’t know what my options were as far as shutting them down so we just put up with it. Other than that the stay was perfect.

Great location, with just a sand dune between the building and the ocean, and this is one of the relatively few condos in the building with a second bedroom and bath - and a balcony twice the size of the 1-bedrooms, with a table and benches allowing you to eat outdoors overlooking the ocean. We found it much better cared for than other condos we've rented in the area, perhaps because the owner spends a good bit of time there himself. Great place to stay - and the building has an elevator and luggage carts (kept in the first floor laundry room) to help you move all your stuff in, a great help.

We really enjoyed the location with the great views and the house was nicely decorated. Sunny all week but if we were stuck inside it would be a great house to sit out the rain. Nice modern house. The home was beautiful. It had everything we needed; kitchen supplies, towels, pool maintenance check ins, etc. The view was beautiful; beach view in the front, sunsets in the back. Easy walk to the beach and a nice dead end road for the kids to ride their bikes on safely. My only complaint is there was no shade by the pool but we made our own, it was fine.
