This Durant Station condominium features a private oceanfront deck and direct beach access. Find all the comforts of home including a well-equipped kitchen, comfy furnishings, an oceanfront primary suite with a king bed, a private bath, deck access, and a satellite HDTV. Sea-Spray is a vacation winner! The Durant Station Condominiums are located in Hatteras Village on Highway 12 and offer spectacular ocean views from every property. All condos have private oceanfront decks as well as sound side decks for viewing colorful sunsets. The elevator service to all levels makes Durant Station a most convenient choice for all ages - no need to haul luggage and groceries up long flights of stairs. Guests are just a few short steps to the ocean via a private wooden walkway. The Hatteras area offers some of the best fishing and sunbathing on the East Coast. At Durant Station, you'll enjoy a host of amenities including one of Hatteras Island's largest private pools with an adjacent hot tub. The Durant Station Community Center is crowned by the original historic Durant Lifesaving Station tower, a rich piece of Hatteras Island's past. You'll find the Community Center ideal for relaxing with friends, conducting meetings, wedding parties, and receptions, or simply enjoying the lounge areas, which offer a 50-inch plasma TV, and a complete kitchen on the upper level. The Durant Station complex consists of three floors, which start about 12 feet above the ground. All units are tastefully furnished and fully equipped with linens to make your stay comfortable as well as memorable. This condo has central A/C, cable TV with HBO, and high-speed WiFi for your devices. Located on the first floor is a coin-operated laundry facility with its own ocean view. A large separate fish-cleaning station, shared grills, and outdoor shower facilities complete the picture. THINGS TO KNOW This home has access to a community pool, the community pools in our area are typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Community pools are operated at the discretion of the community HOA so the availability schedule may be subject to change without notice.

My family and I have stayed in this exact condo for 4 years in a row now, and it’s amazing every time! The location, privacy, amenities, etc are exactly what we want in a vacation. It truly feels like a home away from home and we will for sure be returning again next year.

Very spacious and comfortable. Views of the ocean and the sunsets over the sound can’t be beat. Only negative was the 3am dumpster truck coming to empty the dumpsters 3 times during the week. If you are in one of the sound side bedrooms it’s impossible not to hear it. Already booked for next year and can’t wait!!

I am sorry to say but I am not a fan of Vacasa. The way things are done and handled by the company is poor. They make it impossible to get someone directly in the market/area you are calling about or renting. I had a simple question about something at Durant and the person on the phone had me on hold for 15 minutes trying to get an answer. I finally drove to the nearest office and found Angel. She was able to help me with everything I needed. As for the unit at Durant Station, this place was awesome. The owners of this unit clearly care for it and it was incredibly well stocked (the kitchen) and nicely appointed. I will be booking this place again based on how nice the unit is and how helpful Angel was - hoping she will still be there. VACASA - fix your processes. Make things more customer friendly.

Property was a dream! Fantastic ocean views 24/7, beautiful sunsets over the sound, fabulous stars at night - even saw the Milky Way. Easy walk to the beach and pool. Outside balcony was a wonderful place to hang out and watch the world go by. Accommodations were thoughtful and quite perfect! Hope to return to this property next year!

The location of this rental is perfect! The quiet, 3rd floor condo with a small, furnished deck overlooking the ocean was absolute heaven; we didn't want to leave the condo! This unit is exactly what we needed to RELAX!!! The kitchen has all the cooking utensils/pots/pans you could possibly need (they even had a pizza cutter)! There were plenty of towels and starter supplies (dishwashing liquid/laundry detergent/paper towels/toilet paper). The WIFI worked well and the television choices were unending (we were able to watch the NFL Stanley Cup games which was amazing). Thank you!
