Wonderful. There are a few things to fix. The tall living room lamp has a broken base. The microwave display seems faulty. Other than that the place was ready early and very clean. You folks were very responsive when the elevator was out of service. We are eager to return. Bill Locke

Very spacious and comfortable. Views of the ocean and the sunsets over the sound can’t be beat. Only negative was the 3am dumpster truck coming to empty the dumpsters 3 times during the week. If you are in one of the sound side bedrooms it’s impossible not to hear it. Already booked for next year and can’t wait!!

I am sorry to say but I am not a fan of Vacasa. The way things are done and handled by the company is poor. They make it impossible to get someone directly in the market/area you are calling about or renting. I had a simple question about something at Durant and the person on the phone had me on hold for 15 minutes trying to get an answer. I finally drove to the nearest office and found Angel. She was able to help me with everything I needed. As for the unit at Durant Station, this place was awesome. The owners of this unit clearly care for it and it was incredibly well stocked (the kitchen) and nicely appointed. I will be booking this place again based on how nice the unit is and how helpful Angel was - hoping she will still be there. VACASA - fix your processes. Make things more customer friendly.

The location of this rental is perfect! The quiet, 3rd floor condo with a small, furnished deck overlooking the ocean was absolute heaven; we didn't want to leave the condo! This unit is exactly what we needed to RELAX!!! The kitchen has all the cooking utensils/pots/pans you could possibly need (they even had a pizza cutter)! There were plenty of towels and starter supplies (dishwashing liquid/laundry detergent/paper towels/toilet paper). The WIFI worked well and the television choices were unending (we were able to watch the NFL Stanley Cup games which was amazing). Thank you!

Prime access to the beach. Elevator and luggage carts were awesome for moving days. Three flaws: 5:00pm check in time was awful. Lost a whole day of the trip. Living room furniture and WIFI left a lot of room for improvement.

This is a spacious, comfortable, clean, quiet unit right on the ocean, with breathtaking views from the top balcony. It is decorated with cute beach decor and has a well-stocked kitchen. It is close to restaurants, gift shops, parasailing, the ferry, etc.

I would highly recommend staying in Hatteras Lookout as the house was so roomy yet comfortable, the furniture was great, the views from the decks were amazing. I can`t wait to stay there again. There is truly nothing better to our family than an Outer Banks vacation especially staying on Hatteras Island when you can! This house was perfect for our group of 8. We loved the proximity to the beach! The Crows Nest, the screened in porch, the very well appointed kitchen, the jacuzzi tub all added to our enjoyment.
