Great location, right on ocean, beautiful view. Large pool. Boardwalk to pool and down to beach. Plenty of storage space in all rooms except maybe bathroom. Love large closet in bedroom. Decor excellent. Comfortable bed. We enjoyed our unit very, very much.

We love Durant Station being right on the ocean, great pool and hot tub. Always clean and quiet even on the 3rd floor across from the elevator.

What we loved most about this unit were the ocean views, of course! Even when the weather is not ideal, it is still very enjoyable to look right outside the glass doors and see the beautiful seashore. The balcony is perfect for watching the sun rise. We appreciated having use of the game room & large kitchen area in the Clubhouse. This is our 4th time staying at Durant Station and would not stay anywhere else on the island. :) PS...housekeeping staff do a great job!

Had a delicious seafood boil from Harborhouse Seafood and great muffins from The Dancing Turtle and fried oysters at Pops Raw Bar.

The Wind Top is clean, cozy and has an absolutely fantastic view! This condo has everything you need, it is just perfect for us. We have already made our reservation for 2024 so, Lord willing, we will be at the Wind Top again next year... looking forward to it!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this bright ocean front condo in the quiet community of Hatteras, perfect for a small group (one or two). Love that you can enjoy the ocean on the one side and view the sound from the front of the building. Would've enjoyed using the pool on our stay (I could see other places already had theirs open), but maybe next time we'll head down later in the season.

This was our 3rd trip to Hatteras and our 3rd stay at Wind Top! It’s our favorite. We love this unit and Durant Station. We’re already counting down until next year!

This was our first time staying in Hatteras and wasn't sure what to expect. Durant station us close to ferry, shops, and restaurants. Good access to beach.

Our stay at Wind Top was fantastic. The unit is clean, fresh, and updated. It was our second time at Durant Station but first in this unit. We will definitely be back for Wind Top. We love the third floor units - even on overcast or rainy days, the view and the noise of the ocean are right there for you. The care that the owners have given over the years really shows. I forgot to sign the guest book, but meant to!

This is our third year staying at Wind Top and hopefully we will have the pleasure of staying there for many years to come. The condo is fully equipped and the ocean views are fantastic. I would highly recommend this unit to a couple or a family of possibly two adults and two children since there is a queen bed and a queen sofa bed.

One of the best in 25+ years. I generally recommend OBR to friends; not particular houses. I can say OCEANHAUS has one of the best ocean views of any house we`ve stayed in that isn`t in the dunes. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
