Family fun is easily curated in the game room where a pool table and wet bar make hours of entertainment come easily. Additional interior perks include a private washer/dryer, board games, and a sit-down, cocktail arcade machine with over 400+ classic arcade games.End your evenings in the enclosed backyard where you can practice your barbecuing skills, dip into the pool, rinse off in the outdoor shower, and most importantly, create lifelong memories with those you love the most. <b>Things to Know</b>The private pool is open seasonally from 4/26/2025 and closes 10/12/2025. Dates are subject to change.The pool will open seasonally from 04/01/2026 and close 10/10/2026. Dates are subject to change.Occupancy is limited to two people per bedroom as per Dare County septic regulations.Streaming services available with guests' own account(s).There is a pet relief area for furry family members.You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. Great property for a large group that had all the accommodations needed for varying ages. The pool could use an update/repair along with a couple other items that are aged but nothing that stopped us from having a great time! The host, Hatteras Realty, was the bonus that made this vacation rental the best. They were responsive and went beyond what was expected to ensure a couple of issues were resolved immediately. Even if not this house, we will definitely be repeat visitors to Hatteras Realty for our annual trek to the OBX.

We had a wonderful time. The house was great! It was large enough, clean and in a great location. It was so easy to walk to the beach for all of us both young and old. We look forward to returning next year!

Great home in hatteras

Great house. Great location. Clean and very comfortable. The outdoor pool area could use some cleaning up and updating but overall everything was great.

This home was right across the street from two beach accesses. The pool was great on windy days and we enjoyed using the games downstairs on rainy days. The ice cream shop is within walking distance too! The house was clean and plenty of seating for our guests.

The house decor was exceptional, the different themes were thoughtful done. The view of the ocean from the top porch was great. The kids really the all the games, more then expected. Easy access to the beach and restaurants . We all just had a wonderful time.

Well stocked kitchen, nicely decorated home, mattresses were very good, great location to the beach, quite roomy. Loved the large open kitchen floor plan. Pool was great for the grandkids!

Just Beachy!

We had a great family vacation at Hatteras Memories. The wood detail in the living room area was so bright and cheery! There was plenty of seating for when we all wanted to hang out together and lots of space for when everyone wanted to do their own thing. My kids loved the video games and we could not have been happier with the incredible proximity to the beach. We spent the majority of time taking strolls along the beach hunting for shells or letting the kids play in the sand and waves. It was the perfect spot for a little rest and relaxation for our family as well as Grammy and Grandpa and our doggie. Thank you for letting us make our own Hatteras Memories!

Fishing trip

House was exactly what we needed for 3 days in Hatteras and just up the road from Teach's Lair Marina where we fished out of for 2 days. Also just a few minutes walk to the beach
