Gathering with loved ones will be a breeze in the upstairs open living room, featuring fabulous ocean views, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area for everyone to gather together, and a half bath. Enjoy the wet bar shaking up cocktails as the sun goes down! You'll find all four bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the lower level. There are two ocean-view bedrooms that share an en suite bathroom. There is a full bathroom with a tub, a third guest room, and a bunk room across the hall. With a setting mere minutes from several marinas, don't forget to book a deep-sea fishing charter! Windansea is the perfect location to unwind with loved ones, soak in the sun, and enjoy all Hatteras has to offer! We absolutely love this home and will definitely stay again. Beautiful home in a great location. You can hear and see the waves all day and night and it’s just a short walk to the beach. Hot tub was a nice touch in the evenings too.

This was my first time staying in Hatteras, along with my boyfriend and my dog. We loved it! The house was beautifully decorated; very beachy and comfortable. The view of the ocean from the deck was gorgeous! We spent so much time relaxing on the top deck, gazing at the ocean and the stars. The hot tub was also a huge bonus - especially days that were too rainy or windy for the beach. We also took full advantage of being so close to the ferry, visiting Ocracoke twice during our two week stay. We also walked to dinner and the the Graveyard of the Atlantic museum. Great location, and very comfortable house. Thank you!

Great House in Hatteras

I wish we'd booked it for longer, but Windansea was the perfect place for our group of friends to enjoy our short OBX getaway. Beach access it just feet away and the ocean views are simply STUNNING. Watching dolphins and fishing boats was a great way to start the day. The home was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. If you must work while enjoying the OBX, the WiFi here was strong and steady, easily accommodating all members of our group simultaneously. The ferry is just blocks away and having the Red & White Market was so convenient. Whether your stay is short or long, you won't go wrong with Windansea! Thanks for sharing your beautiful property with us! We will definitely be back!

This house was perfect for us. With the common area upstairs, people could dissappear and have their alone time whenever needed. Don’t let the fact that it’s not oceanfront deter you. There’s no house blocking your view of the water. It was everything we needed!

The house is newly renovated to perfection. Very clean and open. we're a family of 5 and comfortably vacationed. Steps from the beach and close to great local restaurants adn shops. Great communication from Vacasa all week!

First of all, you will not beat the views from the top deck of this house!! My family and I had an amazing experience staying here and could not believe how perfect of a beach house this was for our trip. From the house being spotless when we arrived to just how relaxing the hot tub was to the full bar in the living room and huge tv, we couldn’t have chosen a better place to kick back and relax by the beach. 10/10 will be back!!

We woke up every day to amazing sunrises and ocean views (even from our bedroom!). I couldn't stop staring out at the ocean with my cup of coffee each morning on the cozy couch. Each floor has fantastic ocean views. I loved the sliding glass doors throughout the house to let the ocean breeze in and to listen to the ocean. The inside is gorgeous and I thought even better than the photos online, cozy beachy rooms, comfy beds and a modern kitchen stocked with everything we needed to cook for our large family, (my favorite was the cute Keurig and matching mini fridge for extra drinks). The upstairs living room has comfy furniture and plenty of space for family games at night. My family and I enjoyed Windansea, we will definitely be returning. Thank you so much!
