Get yourself a wonderful beach retreat when you book this three-story home with a private pool and hot tub! You will be located just a few blocks from the beach and fantastic dining options for when you are not in the mood to cook and dine at home. Visit the historic Chicamacomico Life-Saving Station Historic Site just a mile up the road, where you can learn all about the members of the U.S. Life-Saving Services who risked their lives to rescue travelers in peril on the North Carolina Coast, or The Eye of Rodanthe, two miles away. This ocean-view home features an enclosed backyard for added privacy. Here, you will find the sparkling outdoor pool that will help you cool down during warm summer days. There is a private casita-like hut where your private hot tub awaits. Spend a bubbly and soothing evening treating yourself to a well-deserved bath after spending the day at the beach or swimming to your heart's content. For added convenience, there is an enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand. The main living space is located on the third floor of the home. Featuring an open floor plan, this space will be the ultimate gathering spot after thrilling days exploring Rodanthe and everything it has to offer. Spread out comfortably in the living area before playing any of the provided board games. If you are not in a competitive mood, you can always grab your favorite blanket and curl up in front of the TV and watch your favorite cartoon or movie. When mealtime comes, the cook of the group will have a great time playing around in the open kitchen. This well-appointed kitchen is complete with all the essentials, including a Keurig coffee maker to start your day off on the right foot and a dishwasher. This level also features a beautiful balcony where you can unwind, take in the spectacular surroundings, and relax. All five bedrooms are scattered around the first and second levels. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer and AC.

The pool will open seasonally from 04/01/2026 and close 10/10/2026. Dates are subject to change.

Dishwasher didn’t work, repairman came and certainly tried to fix it very promptly but it didn’t work. Mosquitoes were so bad you couldn’t be outside in the evening. House was very well equipped and location was nice. Customer service I would certainly give a 10!

We stayed at this property last year too. We really like the location and the large pool. The house is very nice but definitely needs updating. The only thing that was fixed since last year was the screens on porch and jacuzzi. The dishwasher stops working during cycle. The washer & dryer need to be replaced. We really like the house and love the pool but the home does need some TLC.

Our 2nd time staying in this home . We love the location and the pool. The home is nice but needs some updating. We had the same problem with dishwasher last year that it would just stop. Our price doubled since last year and the only thing that changed was the screen at the hot tub was fixed.

Perfect for our family but the handle broke off the refrigerator and no one ever came to fix it. The lid to the washing machine is filthy, and you have to slam the clothes dryer door to get the dryer to start.

Great spot - would stay again!

Comfortable and relaxing, great location, private. Hot tub is wonderful and beds were just right! No fenced in area of the yard for the pups, but great street and beach access to walk them. Would stay again!

We love the location and everything Rodanthe has to offer and everything it doesn't. The home was ok, there are some things that needed to be addressed and during stay but Vacasa was responsive to the problems that arose.

Spacious lot with great sound views from the top deck. You can also see the ocean from the kitchen window! House was clean, open, and great for our family of four to come down. It was the first time we went in March and weather was a bit chilly but the island was extremely quite which we loved. We have been renting houses yearly since the early 2000's and Vacasa was definitely top two agencies we ever worked with. They have wonderful customer service and addressed our every need. We will definitely be using them again!
