This beautiful four-bedroom home away from home boasts 300 feet of furnished sundecks, a screened porch, and a rooftop deck, perfect for taking in some great views of the sound and ocean. Indoors, comfy furnishings beckon you to sit back and relax in the comfortable living room while the spacious and well-equipped kitchen will be a haven for any chef to cook up some delicious meals for all to enjoy. The library will be a perfect place to curl up with a book or to write a postcard. The four comfortable bedrooms offer two king beds, two single beds, and a pyramid bed for a variety of restful sleeping options. Two bedrooms are main bedrooms with private baths and access to sundecks. When you've recharged your batteries, have some fun taking a dip in your own refreshing saltwater pool or relax in the hot tub. Lots of TVs, DVD players, stereo/CD player, surround sound, and Playstation 2 will ensure that the young and young at heart are never bored while indoors. Wireless, high-speed internet is available for your laptop and you'll love being within walking distance to the fishing pier, restaurants, and entertainment. With so much to enjoy and experience, you'll definitely have an amazing vacation when you stay at Out of the Blue!

The views of the ocean from the third floor deck, along with the soothing sounds of the crashing wages were a wonderful break from work life. The kids loved the pool. It was our cleanest rental experience yet.

It was a nice quiet, peaceful beachouse. The beach was never crowded. It was great for boogie boarding. The ocean is too rough in Rodanthe for small children.

I stayed here with my mom and my toddler for a local wedding. It was absolutely perfect. The pool was warm even without the heater on, the hot tub was perfect and the view! It was such a nice and relaxing trip. The house had plenty of space and my toddler loved all the small kids toys for him to play with. Already planning my next trip back!

My husband and I stayed at Out of the Blue for 11 days. It was amazing! We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and Rodanthe Pier. The kitchen was well stocked and had a regular coffee pot and Keurig. We only used one of the 4 bedrooms. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We spent a lot of time watching TV as there was a tropical storm passing by during our stay and the living room furniture was not comfortable at all but we made it work. The bathrooms were nice and clean. The decks were wonderful to watch the sunrise and sunsets. We spent most of our time enjoying the pool and jacuzzi. We would recommend Out of the Blue for a stay while in Rodanthe.

We really enjoyed our stay at Our of the Blue in Rodanthe! Plenty of room with a nice view from the top deck. Very clean and with great amenities. Also in a good location to Hatteras and the Nags Head area. Corolla is about an hour and a half, but not unreasonably far. We could have used some more trash bags and dishwasher pods, but other than that everything was great. Everyone in our group was satisfied with with their stay and accomodations. Highly recommend, would stay again!

Beautiful house. Super neat & clean. Just a quick walk to a beautiful beach. We had 8 people and there was plenty of room. Unfortunately the rates have gone way up for 2023, so we won’t be booking next year.
