Enjoy being steps away from the beach and close to amazing local restaurants and attractions, including Rodanthe Pier Place, Chicamacomico Life-Saving Station Historic Site and Museum, The Eye of Rodanthe, Pea Island Art Gallery, Salvo Day Use Area, and Pea Island National Wildlife Refuge. As soon as you step into this comfortable and air-conditioned vacation home, you will be greeted with a spacious and welcoming open floor plan decorated with a coastal theme throughout. Choose your favorite bedroom and then relax in the cozy living room, which is perfect for unwinding after a day spent at the community outdoor pool. You can even watch your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious homemade meals and snacks, or treat your group to a barbecue using the community park-style charcoal grills. The condo comes with a covered balcony that has an outdoor dining area, allowing you to enjoy the ocean breeze while lounging or playing cards. Other amenities include a shared washer/dryer, two coffee makers (drip and Keurig), and TVs in all bedrooms.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The condition of beach walkways, decks, and stairs changes quickly with wind, weather, erosion, and natural sand migration. We make every effort to maintain the accurate status of home amenities but do not guarantee their complete accuracy due to unexpected changes to the coastline.
Community pools are typically available for guest use from Memorial Day through Labor Day and are subject to close without notice.
Freight elevator/dumbwaiter for heavy items

Excellent place. Loved it. There are some stairs that weren’t really an issue for us, but due to no elevator, would avoid if elderly or have mobility issues. They had other options on lower floors. Absolute amazing week. We are ready to come back!

Over all a very good stay. The washer and dryer is shared and downstairs but the set up for washing clothes is still good. Dumpsters were a little too far away for my liking but was still ok. This room has a great view to wake up to and take pictures from!!!

Waking up to the beach was so peaceful! We went at the beginning of May so the pool was still closed but it was pretty to look at! The place is just like the pictures. It was comfy & cozy & very relaxing! Loved it, except the steps! Lots of steps!

We traveled to Rodanthe to surprise our daughter who was getting engaged over the Thanksgiving holiday. We booked this property with little research and based on the affordability, I was very pleased with the cleanliness, comfort and little details of this rental. The location and view was spectacular and the hosts ensured that anything a guest could need was available. Will book again!!
