Great view and location! It was very clean and the kitchen had plenty of stock cooking equipment! The one thing I’d suggest is the mattress is the master is quite uncomfy! But we would definitely stay here again!

Great condo and ocean view. Condo was very clean but not stocked well. We had to purchase a frying pan which we left for others to use. Your service is excellent and your response time for anything needed was also excellent. Would definitely rent the condo again and with your realty company. We had a great vacation!

Very clean! Perfect ocean views! Quite a few stairs to walk up, but we already knew that. So, that was not an issue. A HUGE plus was the dumbwaiter and carts that were available to use for luggage. Communication was excellent through text messaging when I did have a few questions.

this place is right on the ocean. we just loved it. probably the only draw back is the 50 steps up. but worth every one of them when you get there.
Would stay there again. so nice to hear the ocean roar all night.

We had an absolutely wonderful time! It is quite a few steps up to your little piece of paradise but its totally worth it. The condo was perfect and quite spacious, the view was spectacular. Waking up to see that water everyday was our little piece of heaven for sure. We even seen dolphins playing one day. The weather was great, thr beach and pool were both very clean and it was so nice to also have a laundry room available, so I didn't have to do any when I got home. On our final night we had an awesome electrifying light show from a storm that rolled through on our final night which was the perfect end to our vacation. We highly recommend anyone to enjoy their next vacation here!!!

The view was amazing. It is on the third floor, but condo is on stilts, so it’s more like four floors. Very quiet and parking was a breeze.

The mornings were amazing, if you’re awake for the sunrise. We had a rainy day, but watching the surf change was fantastic. Just be ok with climbing stairs, but you will be happy when you reach the top

This is the 2nd year I've booked this property for this week. Perfect location for this time of year for my intentions! Early sunrise walks, photo shoots of the beach and painting. The hiccup with the cleanliness aspect was resolved by the property manager the day after we arrived,

Property was wonderful! Communication with online Vacasa folks was not optimal to resolve wifi going down due to maintenance in the building below, but the property manager drove out DURING A STORM! and resolved personally. That's why the 5 stars.

I can’t put into words how perfect this place is. There’s no healthy restaurants around for miles but if you cook then this place is perfect in every way. There’s no negatives. There’s a luggage lift so you don’t have to use the stairs by carrying everything up to the third floor. Beautiful view gorgeous condo. You’ll regret booking anywhere else.

We stayed in this complex before, but this condo had newer renovations than our previous unit. Kitchen is well stocked; some of the silverware in the clean drawer was dirty, but this was likely from the dishwasher and not the fault of the cleaning crew. We found that using a heavy wash setting allowed the dishwasher to clean things a little better. The bed in the primary bedroom was so comfortable! The games, puzzles and TV options were all fantastic. But the 3rd floor balcony view of the ocean is the best part, and simply can’t be beat!! I’d highly recommend this unit.

The condo is on the top floor of the building. That’s a lot of stairs, but completely worth it for the great ocean view. The condo was very clean, comfortable, fully stocked and beautifully decorated. It’s located in a quiet part of the island which was perfect for us. Can’t wait to return!

This was our second time at this complex, first in this particular unit. It’s great for a family of four, if kids don’t mind sharing a bed. Kitchen was great. Deck and view were incredible. So convenient to get to the beach. Rodanthe is a quiet part of the Outer Banks, where the beach is by far the focus of any trip. Things location makes this type of trip very easy to realize.

My family and I stayed at `Reel Fun` for the first time and loved the location! We typically stay in a condo for our summer vacations but decided to rent a house this year. I couldn`t have asked for a better space or location for the money.`Reel Fun` is second row to the ocean but it feels oceanfront. You have a beautiful view of the water from all three decks. You can relax in the hammock and listen to the water on the second level or enjoy a dinner with family on the third level screened in porch. A couple of things on the outside of the house; this unit is setup directly across from a public beach access. You literally walk out of the driveway and go to your left about 15 steps and you are on the access. This was a very short walk to the beach and as a dad with three children under 5 and an entire wagon full of beach gear, I think it is the best you can do without being oceanfront. I was very happy with the walk to the beach. This unit also offers its own outdoor shower and spraying station. This is very convenient with a lot of small children and beach toys. The main door is keyless entry, which is great when dealing with multiple families coming and going.The two queen bedrooms on the `second` level have separate sliding doors that put you onto the deck and a gorgeous view. One queen bedroom is attached via bathroom, to a full-sized bunkbed room. The other queen bedroom is separate but shares a hall bathroom with a double twin room. This level has its own thermostat as well.On the main entertainment level (third floor) you have a wrap-around deck that is partially screened in. The screened in section is right outside of the dining around. The third floor is extremely spacious and could handle our entire family of 12. We enjoyed wonderful relaxing dinners on the porch overlooking the ocean. There is plenty of seating in the living room and dining room. Each balcony is furnished with its own chairs and tables and is great to hang out on. The kitchen was well appointed. Plenty of plates, bowls, cups, etc. There is a main refrigerator in the kitchen but my favorite part was the extra mini fridge and ice maker. The mini fridge could fit a gallon jug of milk in the door and a lot of groceries inside the main body. The ice maker was pretty big and served us well throughout the week to fill our cups and coolers.The third level also has a `master` bedroom that is spacious and has a bathroom with a jetted bathtub. The house also offers a third overlook balcony if you go up one more level. Great for watching those sunrises and sunsets. We did have a burned-out light in one of the bathrooms and the rental company respond quickly and got the issue resolved. My family and I were extremely impressed overall by the house and would highly recommend for large families.
