Decent condo. No stairs, so if you’re on the third floor, be prepared for stairs! Right on the ocean, so very convenient!

No elevator, so if you’re on the top floor, be prepared for stairs! There is a lift for luggage which we had never seen before. Decent condo right on the beach! We had a blast!

Felt right at home! The view is amazing. Looking through the window in the morning right from bed seeing the sunrise was my favorite part. i visited with children under 6 , there was nothing to be worried about. everyone there was friendly . it was beyond peaceful . not one complaint. although i hated the stairs, the view was worth it . and they also had a lift for all your luggage !! so no carrying up the steps . washer and dryer on site ! FREE! I will be returning!! We did have a little issue upon arrival with the lock code but they fixed it quick! i called them and they virtually opened the door and gave me a new code ! we stood not even 5 minutes outside and they solved the issue. we did check in early so that may have been the issue !

Very nice place. Clean and comfortable. Had a problem with the DVD player and they were quick to respond and take care of the issue. Had everything we needed.

Hatteras Reality was extremely accommodating on our last minute stay. Our other Air BnB cancelled at the last minute! They were so helpful and pleasant. The condo was exactly as described. Beautiful views of the ocean and very peaceful. They continued to check on us throughout out stay. Highly recommended and will use them in the future. We stayed at the condo for a quick family spring break. We have stayed at the resort in the past, but not this particular unit. Unit was clean, convenient, and fit exactly what our family needed for this quick trip. Parking is adequate, the coast is really close and really nice,. The resort is convenient to the National Seashore tourist locations, and all of the little towns.

We loved our trip to Rodanthe for spring break. The town is great. The condo is great . Vacasa did a great job checking up on us and making sure we were ok.

Lovely little two bedroom condo right on the ocean. Once you get past the trek up the stairs it's a perfect spot for a small family to enjoy a vacation. One king size bed, two singles on the extra bedroom, and I belive a pull out couch means plenty of room. Full kitchen it you're wanting to cook as well. Highlight for me was the amazing sunrises from the balcony every morning.

The location of the condo is a perfectly situated right next to the ocean and beach. It’s an ideal place for a family of 4 to stay. The condo itself was clean and having all necessary equipments in kitchen. The balcony with the direct ocean view is the best thing about the stay.

My family visited Outer Banks for the very first time, the condo and Vacasa was very accommodating and friendly. This condo, is outdated, bright in color and needs new mattresses but you can’t beat the views. Walk out the front door and see the entire pool - my kids used the pool while I cooked dinner. The balcony over looked the ocean in the front and the pier to the left. The condo was centrally located, away from the hustle bustle of the tourist life. But there is an ice cream shop and souvenir shop at the entrance of the condos. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay, thank you Vacasa!!

Condo was as advertised. Well-stocked with everything you would need for your home away from home. Condo was clean and everything worked well. The view alone from the balcony is worth the price. Only warning is this is a top floor Condo. There is no elevator for you to take, so you have about 50 steps or so to get to the top floor. They do have a luggage elevator, so that makes that part at least easier. Would definitely stay here again.

Only thing it could have used was an elevator. When your on the top floor it's quite a hike to get to the top. But woild stay here again.

Amazing oceanfront view with easy beach access. Appliances are a little dated and scream on master bedroom sliding door is tore. But for the price and view it is easy to overlook.

The ocean front location was perfect and the condo was clean and spacious. However some basic maintenance and repairs need to be done. The decor is horrible but I spent so much time outdoors that it didn't bother me.

The unit had everything we needed but a little dated but we knew that when we booked the condo. Only thing we want to say is the listing indicates cable is available but that is not true. The TVs have Roku and renter would need to log into renters home TV cable provider. Otherwise great location, views and nice area for beach and pool.

I've stayed here twice - Nice place, third floor so some additional stair climbing, but for that no upstairs neighbor noise and a great beach view. It is in Waves, so not much infrastructure or stores till you drive to Avon (~15 minutes), but several nice kitesurfing places nearby which was my goal.

The property was a perfect fit for our stay! We loved the location. The beds were beyond comfortable. The whirlpool tub was amazing! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
