The staff at Hatteras realty we're amazing to deal with but the house itself definitely needs some updating and the washing machine was broken all week.

Booked this as a last minute stay and it was just what we needed! Only a few steps to the beach that was never over-crowded and walkable to several restaurants, coffee shops and a convenience market. On the morning we were supposed to check out, we requested an additional night and Hatteras Realty was able to accommodate our request AND offer a discounted rate! Can’t wait to come back in the off-season!

This is a great condo to stay at for a getaway! View of the ocean and two outside areas for seating! Our only wish was that they had more than two pillows for the bed or two thicker pillows. Overall we loved it!

2nd time in the complex ...but 1st time at this one ...Had Easter there ...everything was clean and had somewhat of an ocean view...would definitely stay again!!

Such a nice location, very short walk to the beach access, nice showers to wash the sand off, beautiful pool onsite right next to the beach access so you can take a cool dip after a day on the beach, the room was very clean and great air conditioning, the site overall was very well maintained and easy access, ill definitely be back!

It's more or less in the middle of Rodanthe so that puts it about in the middle of Hatteras. That means it's not far from beautiful places to visit and to amenities. The unit was quiet and very comfortable. It was easy to get to based on the directions provided. All in all, a really nice place to stay.

When we arrived in the middle of the night. We found that vertical blinds in the bedroom were half missing. You could see right into the bedroom from the outside stairs. Got ahold of Vasaca and they came in replaced them with actual curtains. Great customer service!! The place looks exactly what it does in the pictures. The place had enough cooking utensils. It is really nice to have a person washer and dryer. I am coming back in Nov 2024 and will be rebooking this place. You can see a little of the ocean from the front and rear. It does not have an elevator so if you cant do at least a flight of stairs. This place might not be for you. The property itself is ocean front!!

The property had everything we needed. Had games, books and internet which was great for teens. Very comfortable and quiet, but only a short walk to the beach.

The condo was immaculate, the walk to the beach short and the pool was lovely. There are so many little extras to make one feel absoluty at home! Best vacation in a long time.

They had cute things that made a big difference for the kids (foosball table, little roll up golfing green etc), and it was very spacious. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

We really enjoyed our time there after a few issues of cleaning (or lack of) and actually getting into the condo. Great views from the porches, appliances cute and up to date. My kids really enjoyed the foozeball/pool table. I would definitely stay there again!

Great amount of seating throughout the condo. Just an easy staircase to the end unit (no multiple stair cases). Great location. "Fun" place to stay which is "Oceanside". Easy access to the beach and the amenities.
