RORR991 Seas the Day A-3

This property is beyond amazing. It was clean, great views and beach access was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked if we wanted to cook and game nights were fantastic either sitting on the deck or having the screen door open playing in the large family room. The only thing I would change is the sliding door, it was very loud next to the master suite but my husband ran at 6am . Other than that I would come back next week.

The lights need to be checked in the kitchen area and the toilets in both bathrooms need to be checked for running sound from time to time.

We stayed in this home for three nights and we had a great time! The home was very clean and well equipped. The views of the ocean were spectacular, especially at sunrise. Vacasa services were excellent. Overall, we will come back to stay in this home.

The condo was very clean and cozy, and it’s nice to only have to climb one flight of stairs when coming and going from the beach. Also, when the pics show beachfront, I feel like they don’t do it justice - it’s literally right there! We sat out on the balcony while our 1-year-old napped, and we could leave our chairs and see them on the beach then return to them later once he woke up. We had such a nice time, and we’ll definitely consider returning in future years when we visit the OBX.

This condo was perfect! Beautifully decorated with a great beachy vibe. The view was fantastic! Waking up to the sunrise right out your window is absolutely breathtaking. The community pool is great as well. It is a great location to meet other vacationers and condo owners. The beach is not too crowded, it is inviting and only being a short walk down the boardwalk is very convenient. We loved everything about Seas the Day! The only recommendation I could make is that we were really looking forward to having a hot tub on site at this property. After a long drive to the banks, I always look forward to a nice long soak to relieve my achy muscles. It is also nice to sit, relax, and watch the stars for a while at night. The fact that this amenity is located 20 minutes away is a definite item negative. Despite this drawback, we had a great vacation!

We’ve stayed at this rental for the past 6-7 years. It’s the perfect size for my little family. Only negative was the beach has disappeared over time. There is not enough sand to set up and ‘camp out’ for the day.

We thought that this home offered a great value. The views from the deck were beautiful. We had a sunrise and sunset every day. It was close to all of the ramps we like to use too. Sundancer was perfect for our family - spacious, clean, well equipped, and convenient to the beach, pool, shopping, and eating. We loved the screened-in porch for meals and decks for reading and relaxing! The property was clean and well maintained, and the kitchen was well equipped and even had a stocked spice rack. This house was a good place to weather the storm we had the first couple of days we were on the island. The house is ocean side which always exposes it to flooding but that was not an issue during the storm and our stay. Modern appliances and streaming tvs were nice. The house has plenty of board games to pass the time and the furniture was nice and not too crowded. The house was centrally located near the Food Lion and several restaurants we love to visit.
