Hatteras Realty kept me up to date on local weather and storm warnings. They answered my questions promptly. The house was great. Clean and with lots of light. It matched the description and photos.

We had a great stay! Property was clean and brightly lit. We appreciated the books and games provided and the kitchen was well stocked for all our needs! Also appreciated there was a full length mirror as we were in town for a wedding. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog with plenty of room for him to play and mostly shady.

We had a great stay at Sea La Vie! The house was bright and airy with plenty of room. Couch was super comfortable and loved the option to dim lights in the evenings. Kitchen was well stocked. Appreciated the personal touches such as a doggie mat for our pups feeding station and the books and games provided with the house. The fenced in yard was absolutely perfect for our dog. He had plenty of room to run and play. Loved the wide back porch in the morning and evenings. Quick walk to the beach! It’s clear the owners take care of this home and Hatteras Realty was very communicative and easy to work with! Thanks for a great stay!

Our group of four enjoyed the space. Loved that it had open land behind, plenty of common space, and a great location by a quiet section of beach away from the crowds. Check in was smooth and the space was clean. 5 stars!
We would've liked more basics like beach towels and chairs (common for beach rentals), extra kitchen trash bags, cooking basics (salt/pepper/oil etc.), and after 5 nights having to check out at 10am was a bit early vs what's commonly accepted as normal.

House was as described/pictured. Very clean and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed the deck on the top floor. Convenient to multiple beaches. Hatteras Realty does a good job hosting as well.
