This home offers 4,200 square feet of comfort, with generously sized bedrooms and living spaces, offering an abundance of space to spread out. Each of the five bedrooms provide private baths - three of the bedrooms feature magnificent ocean views.

The first level of the home features the spacious game room with a pool table, smart TV, and wet bar with a full-size fridge. Spend entertaining evenings watching your favorite movies and series in the theater room, equipped with state-of-the-art video and thumping surround sound. A half bath is nearby for quick visits from the game room, theater room and the pool area. Step out onto the expansive furnished deck overlooking the heated outdoor pool, where your family will surely spend hours lounging in the sun and playing in the water. Grill the catch of the day on the fabulous three-burner gas grill. A four-person hot tub bubbles your cares away on the deck. The bedroom on this level has a set of full-over-full bunks and a private bath with a tub/shower.

The second level features three bedrooms (1 king, 2 queen), each with smart TVs, private baths and direct access to the second-floor wrap-around deck. On the third level, you will find the spacious main living space with an open floor plan that allows you to stay connected with your loved ones during your stay. You will fall in love with the ocean views that can be seen through the expansive windows in the great room with a fireplace and smart TV with surround sound. The chef of the group will have a blast preparing delicious homemade meals and beach snacks in the well-equipped kitchen. This level also features a spacious deck with comfortable furniture and views that are out of this world.

The house was huge! Definitely plenty of room for our family of 10. The private pool was wonderful and the pool table was a nice touch!!

My family of 6 just returned from a week's vacation and 1 Ocean was very nice, very spacious with so much storage. The property was extremely clean. We had a couple of issues and Vacasa was just okay to work with, however the two maintenance men who came over were very helpful and professional, very caring young men. The beds were comfortable but it would have been nice to have mattress pads. Pictures of the "penthouse style suite" are deceiving, The bed in that suite is a queen with a king headboard and footboard. The kitchen is very well stocked with the exception of cutlery. There were only 5 dinner knives! And, there was only one kitchen towel, no dishrags or pot holders. Getting to the beach was much more difficult than it appears. The path leading to the beach includes a somewhat difficult to climb dune. Not easy for any age group, especially for seniors. There is also a public walkway so the beach area was more crowded than expected. The house itself is very nice with lots of space. My boys loved the media room! All in all, it was a good week.

The house was absolutely impressive and beautiful. The panoramic views from inside the house and the exterior large patio patios were breathtaking. The location was great, and the neighborhood was very quiet. There were smart TVs in almost every room, making it easy to watch my favorite programs. The beds were extremely comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful pool table ( as I enjoy playing pool ), in one of the rooms with a beautiful outdoor view. The two kitchens were very spacious and there were several ice machines in several locations. I spent a very relaxing time relaxing on the outdoor patios overlooking the sand dunes and the ocean. A special shout out to Erik, who took the time to stop by and make sure that everything was OK. I definitely look forward to my next stay! It was just the doctor ordered! Nice and relaxing!

Being dog-friendly was a huge plus, allowing our pets to enjoy the vacation with us. What a fantastic house!!! It is huge for a 5 bedroom. Everything looks brand new! This house is beautiful, neat, clean and well equipped with everything that we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We enjoyed cooking in the spacious kitchen, meals on the patio as we watched the ocean and lovely sunrise. This is a perfect place to unwind and recharge. When we come back ( and we will) we’d love to return to this wonderful house again.
